I recently moved to San Diego and hadn’t been to the dentist in about two years, so I was pretty nervous going in. I chose this East Village location because it was convenient, and it turned out to be such a great decision. Trevor Ryan, a hygienist, completely put me at ease from the start. He was incredibly friendly, personable, and took the time to walk me through everything during each visit. What I appreciated most was how he explained the process step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. He also went above and beyond by recommending things I could do at home to improve my dental health, which made me feel supported beyond just the appointment itself. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel comfortable and informed. Overall, my experience was amazing, and all my stress disappeared after meeting him. I highly recommend Trevor Ryan if you’re looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable, but also kind, reassuring, and truly invested in your care.

The staff and contractors at EV Dental are skilled professionals who truly value the patient. Dr. Kim is exceptional and the level of care is stellar. I was so impressed with EV Dental at my first visit 6 years ago and have watched business thrive and grow over years!

Really enjoy this office! Trevor has been incredibly helpful during my cleanings. He provides a lot of information about dental health in a way that’s caring and never judgmental. My cleanings are always quick but still very thorough. The check-in process is easy to complete online, they send convenient text reminders, and the scheduling team is always super friendly. Overall, a great experience every time. 😊

My first time going to this office and it was very professional, informative, and friendly. The check in process at the front desk was welcoming and efficient. Dr.Segura was great with helping me get on the right track to improve my dental needs. Alexis was patient and detailed alongside Dr.Segura too. They have a great team there.

I’ve been going to East Village Dental for 4 years now. My dental health has never been better. Dr. Kim and Dr. Segura are great to work with. I always ask Dr. Kim about his latest ocean fishing trip. Great stories. Super nice team, friendly office vibe, good music mix. Thumbs up.
