I have been going to this office ever since I moved to San Diego and I will never switch dentists. From greeting Keith at the front desk to any hygienist to Dr. Hornsby himself the whole experience has been fabulous 💯 of the time. Highly recommend them and will continue to!

In my 5 years of coming here, I have never had a bad experience. The front office staff (Keith) is polite, personable, and genuine. The back office staff (literally all of the wonderful ladies) are thorough, friendly, clean, and also provide excellent bedside manner. They are very resourceful when it comes to what is covered by insurance, and will work with you to set up payment plans for high out of pocket costs. There is never judgement, and I love that the whole team is willing to work together to get things done. The environment is calming despite the busy days. The doctors are wonderful. The assistants are wonderful. If you have dentist anxiety, this is the place to go. They will work with your schedule, move at your pace, and leave you smiling and confident.

I’ve been a patient for a long time, and it’s always been a positive experience. Dr. Hornsby and the team truly strive for perfection—he ensures that your caps are the right color and align seamlessly with your natural teeth, especially since they’re visible once the permanent caps are in place.

I've been a repeat customer at Cosmetic Dentistry for nine years now, and I have to say, they continue to impress me on every visit. The person responsible for "keeping the trains running on time" is Keith Mooney at the front desk. Over the course of nine years, Keith has always been courteous, friendly and available to answer any questions or concerns either I or my wife have had. Notably, we've never been surprised by a bill because Keith consistently does his homework beforehand to determine what portion insurance will cover, and what our co-pay will be. Keith's ability to navigate the intricacies of insurance has been a huge benefit for us. Furthermore, Keith is an excellent communicator. He typically answers the phone on the first or second ring - something most businesses have lost the ability to do. And in the rare circumstance when he's too busy to answer your call, you can be certain he'll promptly return your call, typically that same day. He also does a great job at managing the timely reminders for upcoming appointments. Occasionally, I've had a short-fused change to my work-schedule which precludes me from making my scheduled dental appointment. But not a problem for Keith. He promptly and skillfully reschedules my appointment to a new time. While we certainly appreciate and value the treatment by Dr. H and the rest of the team in the back office, it's Keith who's made our nine year experience "pain-free".
