Waited 6 months for an appointment just for it to be canceled with no options to reschedule for the foreseeable future. I was given instructions to call back and check for cancellations to be seen. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been to Hudec Dental three times, everything was/is great! My dentist is marvelous and so is each and every person working there. I highly recommend Hudec at Lutheran! I love my dentist can't say enough. And, a shout out to Lindsey, great lady!

horrible experience and I only visited this place twice I left my previous dentist for better service I end up going back to my previous dentist after dealing with this place my first impression very nice stuff prices reasonable I shouldve known it was too good to be true my first visit I don't know what was going on with the doctor hands but they smell so terrible when I left out of my appointment I had to go into the restroom immediately and wash my face then the smell went away second appointment I left work early drove over 30 minutes when I got there I was told I received a call which I didn't to tell me not to come Dr had left for an emergency I left once I got into the parking lot I received a call to come back in they had me mixed up with someone else once I got to the back the doctor walked in I was surprised to see him and I was told he wasn't there soon I was happy his hands didn't smell hae numb on my mouth immediately started drilling Moe's dentist wait at least 10 or 15 minutes I was in pain he numbed me again and started drilling I was in pain he waited 5 minutes came back start drilling again I was in pain he tells his assistants I wasn't going to be charged because he couldn't perform because the numbing wasn't working I felt more numbing in my tongue on the left side then I did on my tooth I didn't understand why he had a baby syringe to numb me he seemed upset because I wasn't going to let him keep drilling I wouldn't lay there and let him drill on me in pain once we came outside of the office he told another assistant he couldn't perform because I couldn't take it the assistant told me to have a nice weekend I went to leave he turned his back to me and didn't even want to speak he told assistant he would request a specialist to call me no one ever called me my appointment was on Friday by Wednesday I received a call about a bill I'm talking to someone telling her I don't owe anything he stated this before I left the office if this was the case he wouldve made me pay which he couldn't make me pay because he didn't do anything she's trying to convince me I was in the office the day before which I knew it wasn't true I was at work I was actually at work when she called me I told her no you have me mixed up I haven't been to your office in about 4 or 5 days she said she would call me back she never did I was sent a bill I called immediately and left a message about the horrible service I had a not sticking out the bone of my left jaw for 3 weeks I couldn't even chew on my left side I would never return charging me for what? you didn't do anything will you have problems with these companies is best to report them to your insurance better Business bureau or both

I’m really impressed with the level of care I received at this dental clinic. The staff were polite and helpful, and the dentist was very gentle and thorough. They made sure I understood my treatment options and didn’t rush anything. The whole experience was comfortable and professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy dental clinic.

I have been going to this location for 12+ years. This visit was because I thought I cracked my front tooth. Understandably I was freaked out and wanted to get seen ASAP. My entire visit from checking in to X-rays to being seen by the dentist and checking out was 45mins. Kendra was so nice and very friendly during my X-rays, she is always happy to help. They were short handed today, but everyone jumped in to make sure patients were taken care of seen. I recommend people all the time to go to them.
