As a Downtown Cleveland resident, I’m so glad I switched to Downtown Dental and I cannot recommend it enough. I only wish I’d made the jump sooner. Not only is it super convenient, but Dr. Lu and his staff are top notch. My cleanings with Cindy are very thorough and my teeth are the best they’ve ever looked. Autumn really knows her stuff and has been incredibly helpful in my Invisalign journey, and she makes what can sometimes be a stressful experience very calming. If you live or work in Downtown CLE, or are simply looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go.

Exceptional Staff!! My Dental Hygienist, Cindy, was thorough but delicate, as I have sensitive teeth. The facilities are always incredibly clean, and Dr. Lu spends ample time with his patients to ensure total and complete care.

I was so scared coming in because I was not there for anything fun (or painless) but the entire staff, from the front desk, to the assistant, the manager and the doctor…they were ALL so amazing, gentle and thorough! I felt like I had been their patient for years and Dr Lu is so great! I left with one less wisdom tooth (lol) but would 10/10 recommend Dowtown Dental to anyone!

Blessed to have found Downtown Dental. Traveled into town for convention and a sudden need for root canal was not in the plans. The office was very kind and accommodating and honestly truly cared, which is hard to find these days, especially in downtown of an unknown city. Though the dr wasn’t and endodontist, he took his time and performed a meticulous and thorough procedure and the morning after - basically no pain or even soreness whatsoever. If I lived local, this would be my new dentist!

Precision, excellence, and availability. I was about to travel aboard along with my family in mid December 2025 but I needed a root canal procedure before the trip. Dr. Lu and his team took me in two days before my trip, did the procedure with great precision , care and compassion. I am please with the way the staff at this dental office took care of me from the front desk to Dr. Lu himself. To Sando and Maria, I say thank you for making my visit at Downtown dental office very welcoming. And if you are looking for a Dentist in the greater Cleveland area, I will highly recommend Dr. Lu and his team.
