I cannot say enough about Charlotte Family Dentistry. My dentist, Dr. Ralph, was so professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. My hygienist, Casey, was also very thorough and kind. I have had past appointments with other hygienists at this dental office and always had great experiences with each of them. The staff at the front desk also made me feel welcome and were very helpful. Everyone took the time to address my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care!

Wonderful dental practice. Dr. Ma graciously gave me a second opinion regarding a ton of fillings my current dentist recommended. Dr. Ma was extremely considerate and thorough even though I wasn't a patient yet, and his staff are all very professional, timely, and friendly. This practice has been in business for decades and it's clear how they've been around for so long. Also, just to show how principled Dr. Ma is, he would not say anything bad about my current dentist who was clearly dishonest in recommending unnecessary medical procedures. The only downside to this practice is they didn't accept my insurance, but they were very generous with the out of pocket cost for my visit and they also have a non-insurance "membership plan" if it makes financial sense for you.

Dr. Ma is the best! I've been his patient for years now. I've moved several times and am no longer anywhere near his office, but I have serious trust issues with dentists, so I travel to his office regardless of where I end up. His team is always nice and friendly and supportive. His new office is really nice and modern too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff! Professional, friendly and competent. Caroline is a longtime favorite hygienist of our entire family. The dentists provide excellent care.

As a new patient I really appreciated my initial conversation and exam by the dentist. He was very personable and friendly! My dental hygienist also did an amazing job! She too was personable and friendly. I usually feel some missed plaque after the initial once over but everything was very thorough the first time. Thank you for a great first experience!
