The entire team is incredibly efficient—they respect your time and keep everything running smoothly without ever making you feel rushed. What really stands out, though, is how kind and welcoming everyone is. From the front desk to the dental chair, you’re treated with genuine care and respect. They’re also very reasonable when it comes to treatment plans and costs, taking the time to explain options clearly and honestly. I never feel pressured, just well-informed and supported in making the best decisions for my dental health. Most importantly, their willingness to help truly sets them apart. Whether it’s accommodating scheduling needs or answering questions with patience and clarity, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and cared for. The best in Charlotte! Used to dread going to the dentist until I came to Uptown Smiles. The entire staff is so friendly and they make sure you’re taken care of with every cleaning. Highly recommend!

After trying a few dentists since moving to the uptown Charlotte, this is where I'll be staying. The service has been great, everyone I've interacted with has been kind and caring, I've never had to wait more than a 1-2 minutes upon arriving, and the pricing feels honest and transparent. Checks all the boxes for me and would recommend to anyone in the uptown area.

I can’t say enough good things about Uptown Charlotte Smiles. After moving around quite a bit, I’ve had my fair share of dentist offices where I felt rushed or like just another name on a schedule, so my expectations were honestly pretty low going in. This place completely changed that. Dr. Moore and the entire team are welcoming, personable, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable from start to finish. But I especially want to highlight Christina, my hygienist. She is phenomenal. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and actually engages in conversation, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and human instead of transactional. I always leave feeling like she did a truly thorough job and never once feel rushed. For the first time in a long time, I’m not disappointed after finding a new dentist. Uptown Charlotte Smiles feels inviting, thoughtful, and patient-centered in a way that’s rare. Highly recommend, especially if you’ve ever felt like just another appointment slot somewhere else

Great Dentist! Staff is professional and kind. Work is natural and they create a youthful bright smile. Latest equipment and near painless work. Office is pleasant and comfortable Have been going here for about 15 years left for 2 due to a move on my part but so happy I returned.
