My updated review: I've had a total of 4 visits now, Each times I've felt welcomed and understood. Being a patient with chronic illness, I have always felt heard and respected by their team. Dr. Ucenda is always so kind and has given me back the confidence to smile. I'm always greeted by Megan at the front desk, She's incredible and her smile is contagious. Overall, I am so grateful I found Charlotte Dental Pro!

Dr. Uceda and the entire team are kind, professional, and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care for the whole family! I had such a great experience at Charlotte Dental Pro. The office is clean, welcoming, and very family-friendly. Megan went above and beyond to help me and my family manage appointments for all of my kids while also helping us understand and work through our insurance. It made coming in less stressful.

I’ve been going to Charlotte DentalPro since I was little and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming, which makes visits feel really easy and not stressful. I like how they tell me their concerns and explain everything clearly. It shows they actually care about your long-term dental health. Definitely recommend them!

I've been going here for since I was a kid. As an adult now I feel inclined to talk about how wonderful each experience was, their care has always been exceptional each time I've been there. Along with that, the team is amazing all steps of the way. Nothing has ever made me feel as at-home than at their dental office. If you're gonna pick a dental office to go to for the foreseeable future, It should be this one.
