The ease of access to the Dentists was incredible. I called to get an appointment and was surprised to learn that they would come to my apartment complex. I arrived at the appointed time, and was seen with little to no wait time. They x-rayed my teeth and gave me an exam. The consultation afterwards was professional. I was made aware of the issues I could correct and given options as to when and how they could be done. I recommend Silver Mountain Dental to everyone!

My appointment time was 9am. I was done in an hour and a half later. I needed to get to work on time and felt 1.5 hours was more than enough time but things moved slowly. I declined having my teeth flossed to save a few minutes. I would have liked for my new patient docs to have been sent to me before my appointment. I could have saved time by having them completed. Things were not set up for me and the assistant set up as she went along. I was the first appt this morning but I would suggest someone coming in at 8:30 to set up the rooms for the morning clients. My Medical Assistant (sorry forgot her name) was new- first day. She was nice and pleasant but finding her way around. When I told her I needed to get to work on time, she asked for help and her team assisted right away. The doctor and office staff were all friendly and professional. I really appreciate that. The first dental stall was freezing. Again having someone come in at 8:30 to make sure the temperature is comfortable would be nice. The lobby TV was too loud. I would suggest muting the TV on the lobby of the music will be on. There was a TV in the stall but it was off. I wasn’t asked if I wanted it on. There was also music playing in the back so I really didn’t want the TV on. I plan to return as I don’t usually dentist hop. I suspect things will go a lot smoother during my next visit as I will not have anything to update. I gave 3 stars because I think there is room for overall operational improvement, but if the review was just about patient care, I would have given 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was my first visit at this office for treatment involving multiple front teeth and prior authorization for medically necessary care. I requested clarification directly with the dentist regarding the treatment plan and documentation, but did not feel that request for communication was fully supported, and the process felt unclear. The office manager stated she would email my records, including X-rays, for today’s visit, but I have not received them. The experience would have been improved with better staff-patient communication, a clearer explanation of the prior authorization process, and timely access to my records as requested. I hope the office improves patient-provider communication and professionalism moving forward.

This office should be reported to OSHA for its lack of cleanliness—especially regarding how equipment is handled, which poses a serious risk of spreading infections to both patients and staff. During my visit, the dental assistant did my X-rays, then passed the same equipment to another assistant without properly disinfecting it. She gave it a quick, careless wipe and didn’t change the protective barriers. Then, she pushed it through a cabinet opening into the next room, where it was used on another patient. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. There was also a major violation of patient privacy. While I was waiting for the dentist, the computer screen was left open and clearly visible, showing full names and appointment details. The text was large enough to read from where I was sitting. That screen should’ve been locked or turned away—very unprofessional. When I was taken into the room to go over my treatment plan, I noticed trash on the floor, and the entire office (besides the reception area) looked dirty and poorly maintained. The dentist didn’t seem fully alert and had to ask the assistant multiple times what she said about a particular tooth. She did that several times while examining each tooth. The staff was completely different from the old location, where things used to be much better. Even the male dental assistant looked unhappy to be there—no greeting, no smile, nothing. This was my first time at the new location, and I’ve never had such a bad experience at any dental office before. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Love that they come to our property and make dental accessible.Erik and team are amazing if you live in an elderly community call them and set something up. Recommended
