Very positive experience with everyone and everything in this dental practice. The exam was the most thorough exam I’ve had in my life. Dr. Pham took the time to show all the findings and explain treatment options. Summer did an outstanding job with taking all of the pictures and x-rays. Nani, the treatment coordinator, is just a joy. And I really appreciate how thorough my deep cleaning procedure was with Heather. She is so pleasant and did a great job. So glad I’ve found this practice.

I needed a lot of work done and they gave me an honest assessment of the things I needed. The exam was very detailed and thorough and they gave me multiple treatment options. They gave me a conservative approach and I chose to go that route. When it came to fees and insurance, they broke down all the costs and what was due at each appointment so that it was clear and transparent. They helped me navigate my insurance. After I got the work done, I found my doctor and team to be highly skilled and professional. The work was meticulous and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend this dental office

Great office. Very clear in the breakdown of my insurance. Everyone here is very nice and professional. Shout out to the DA that did my X-rays for showing and explaining things to me. The doctor also spent a lot of time going over things with me so it was nice to not feel like I was being rushed. She went over different treatment options and explained to me what she was seeing in the photos and X-rays. I got a couple things done and it was very easy from start to finish. Definitely been the best dental experience I’ve had coming from absolute. Appointments are always on time. Prices and costs are always made clear before each appointment. Getting things done is super smooth. Would recommend.

Recently moved to Vegas and was looking for a dentist and came across Northern Edge Dentistry and I love it there! I needed a deep cleaning and the hygienist Heather was so patience and nice. My initial visit also the dentist was very informative and explained everything. I definitely recommend them.

I had high hopes for this office but ultimately left disappointed. I scheduled an appointment to establish care and receive a routine cleaning. I was required to complete an exam first, which I found unusual but agreed to. The staff was friendly and professional, and the initial imaging process was thorough. However, during the exam, the conversation quickly shifted toward Invisalign, despite my stated goal of establishing care and getting a cleaning. I was told I had gum recession and bone loss, while also being told my teeth were “the cleanest” the provider had seen for someone with those conditions. I was then quoted over $800 for a deep cleaning due to moderate to severe gingivitis, which was surprising given I had a routine dental visit six months prior with no indication of gum disease or bone loss. It was also confirmed during this visit that I do not have any kind of gum disease. Additionally, I was advised to return every three months for cleanings. Based on the significant difference between this assessment and my recent dental history, I did not feel confident moving forward with treatment here. While the staff was kind, my experience felt more focused on upselling services than addressing my initial reason for visiting. Unfortunately, I also used my insurance benefits for imaging during this visit, which I will now need to repeat elsewhere. ***UPDATE*** I was evaluated yesterday by my wife’s dentist of over a decade, Moore Family Dentistry. The doctor did a full work up with x rays, photos, etc. He said my teeth look great, there is no presence of gum disease, that I have minor recession, but otherwise my gums are healthy. He said all of my fillings look brand new with no presence of decay and no need for them to be redone any time soon. The hygienist cleaned my teeth and sent me on my way.
