Trust me when I say this is the WORST place to get any dental work done. The service of this place is horrible. There’s been 2 times where they seem annoyed at me and not wanting to do their job. So unprofessional. The 3 ladies at the front desk always have a smug look on their faces too. It’s like nobody there cares about the patients only the money. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the dentist who does the braces is a really nice person. Besides that, everyone else seems like they hate their job. Don’t even bother honestly. You’re better off going to a different dental office. This is my last time going there and I hope people realize they can find a way better place to get their dental work done.

The nurses and the doctor were very kind, professional, and attentive during my visit. They made me feel comfortable and well cared for, and I appreciate their good treatment. However, the receptionist was very rude and had an attitude as if she was doing us a favor, which made the beginning of the experience unpleasant. It would be great to see improvement in the front desk customer service, since it is the first impression of the clinic.

I brought my son in for a cleaning, and the service was fantastic. A special thank you to William and Dai for their excellent care and professionalism. I highly recommend this place!

First time at a dentist office in my entire adult life that made me feel comfortable and not let my fear of the dentist make my anxiety spike. I am greatful for William the Dental assistant, who was very professional 🙌 hands down. The dentist i seen was Dr. NIKPOUR she was very kind. Didn't cause me any discomfort. I look forward to my next appointment ty. Office receptionist are Nice ;)

Amazing experience at Radiant Smiles! The front desk staff is incredibly kind and organized, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Dr. is outstanding-professional, gentle, and truly cares about patients. I couldn't be happier with the service!
