I absolutely love this office! Dr. Bosworth and his team are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. I’ve never felt more confident in my dental care. I’ve always wanted to straighten my teeth, but it never seemed like the right time. During my visit, Dr. Bosworth walked me through a detailed scan of my teeth and clearly explained the importance of aligning my bite—not just for aesthetics, but for maintaining long-term dental health. I left feeling informed, excited, and confident about moving forward with treatment. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Bosworth! I have felt completely taken care of during my appointments with him. He has great bedside manners and was amazing about throughly educating me on what was going on. He was able to work with me in regard to an insurance change. Dr. Bosworth made me feel at ease at every appointment! Again, highly recommend!

I’ve had a great experience with Dr Bosworth and team - from basic cleanings to a more involved alignment process with Invisalign. They are efficient, thorough and professional. Dr Bosworth is very patient focused - takes time to explain his assessment, recommendations and a plan - providing options and putting you in control of your plan. I highly recommend Dr Bosworth and team!

I had all four wisdom teeth removed more than a month ago, and the experience afterward has been extremely frustrating. Before the procedure, the clinic staff made the refund process sound simple and straightforward. They told me that once my insurance approved the claim and refunded the clinic, I would receive my refund within two weeks. The refund amount is over $1,700. My insurance confirmed that they paid the provider on May 7, 2026, yet I still have not received my refund. I’ve called the clinic multiple times and have never gotten a clear answer. The latest response I received was that they “don’t know” whether the refund was sent by check and that it could take longer to process. Longer to process… for over almost a month? I always thought insurance companies were the difficult side to deal with, but I never expected the provider itself to refuse to give a clear timeline or not even seem to make an effort to get it resolved. The lack of communication and transparency has been incredibly disappointing. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase down their own money with no clear answers.

Chicago Dental Studio completely saved my smile—and honestly, my confidence. After previous dentists had unnecessarily shaved down my teeth and failed to recognize that I had three wisdom teeth growing in as an adult (which ended up shifting my teeth and even causing my jaw to become crooked), I finally found the right team here. At Chicago Dental Studio, they not only identified the root of the problem but walked me through a full transformation. I had my wisdom teeth surgically removed, kept up with regular cleanings, completed Invisalign, and did whitening—all in one place with a team I truly trust. Dr. Bosworth was incredible throughout my Invisalign journey. He adjusted my trays multiple times and was fully committed to getting everything just right—I never felt rushed or like “good enough” was acceptable. Even after Invisalign, I still wasn’t confident in my smaller teeth, so we moved forward with porcelain veneers to enhance their length and fullness and to close the gaps that Invisalign couldn’t fix. Dr. Bosworth went above and beyond, meeting with me multiple times and even doing a temporary round so I could see and tweak everything before making it permanent. That level of care and attention is rare. I was initially nervous about veneers because I’ve seen so many unnatural results online—but that is absolutely NOT the case here. Dr. Bosworth is truly an artist and a perfectionist. My smile looks completely natural, just better. Also, my real teeth are not entirely shaved down into little nubs, so if I ever want them off (I won’t) I can go back to them. The entire team is amazing. Melanie at reception is always so warm and helpful, and every hygienist I’ve seen has been kind, gentle, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. Especially Liz, who has been with me every step of the way. For the first time in my life, I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I truly can’t say enough good things about Chicago Dental Studio in the West Loop—I cannot recommend them enough!!
