Dr. Amy Van Fossen is one of a kind. She is thoughtful, conscientious, a genuine problem solver, and looks for the best and most affordable options for her patients. Her office uses cutting edge technology and has an incredible staff. I can’t say enough about this once in a lifetime dentist.!

After my previous dental office closed down, I was so relieved to be referred to Chicago Dental 312. Dr. Momin and the entire team are incredibly welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. Dr. Momin was friendly and confident about the work I needed done, explaining everything clearly and recommending great aftercare products. Going to the dentist is never exactly fun, but somehow I actually look forward to keeping up with my cleanings and follow-ups here. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for trustworthy and compassionate dental care! The views aren’t bad either.

I admit that I was a person who dreaded going to the dentist. But that all changed once I began going to Dr. Momin and his extremely capable and caring staff at Chicago Dental. I now feel comforted by the care and thoroughness I receive whenever I visit Dr. Momin and team. They don’t miss one thing … and now I never miss an appointment. Something to smile about.

I’m so glad to have finally found a dentist I can trust!! I put off getting my cavities filled for over a year, but Dr Van Fossen eased my nerves and helped ensure that I did not feel a thing!! Couldn’t be more grateful (especially after having some really bad experiences in the past). Truly such a personalized, caring experience, which is so valued!!! Couldn’t recommend any more!!!

Always a wonderful experience to visit Chicago Dental 312 - Dr Van Fossen is a walking encyclopedia with knowledge on all the in/outs of dentistry. Lucky to have found her and her terrific staff.
