I unfortunately had a not-great Invisalign experience- teeth that refuse to move after many sets of aligners. However, all the staff were incredible despite the difficulty. I needed to move across the country at some point during the treatment, but they were very accommodating with me being able to come in whenever I was back in town, shipping new aligners to me out of state, and generally being very kind and amazing.

Grand Dentistry is the first and only dental office that has made me not dread going to the dentist. I love that they have TVs on the ceiling and are always playing fun shows. The staff is incredibly kind. Dr. Patel is a great doctor- friendly, approachable, provides great guidance and establishes genuine rapport (despite only seeing him twice a year!). Scheduling and billing is a breeze. Would highly recommended Grand Dentistry to anyone

I’m so glad I found this dental office. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The staff is friendly, organized, and makes you feel at ease right away. The dental hygienist was absolutely amazing — hands down the best I’ve ever had. Professional, gentle, and incredibly thorough. Dr. Patel was great too — knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. This is an outstanding practice, and I couldn’t be happier to be a patient here.

He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed. Great staff, friendly service, and thorough dental advice. I've had difficulties finding a good dentist in Chicago, but the team at Grand Dentistry is excellent. Highly recommend!
