Office staff was warm and professional. Dr Mehta and her assistant were professional, thorough, and friendly. The equipment was new and they even have service dog if you are anxious. Great experience, I booked my next appointment.

The appointment scheduled and on time, Iwas met by Luca, who warmly welcomed me a delightful dog. The dentist, who is the best I've ever had, is extremely kind. She is highly skilled, and her team is exceptionally friendly. The hygienist did an excellent job today, and the receptionist was also very pleasant. This dentist is truly exceptional. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of a dentist in the Chicago area. Conveniently located downtown, she is easily accessible and very accommodating, making it simple to schedule appointments before or after work. I highly recommend her services.

All of the staff were very kind and caring toward me, including Luca the therapy dog! I didn't feel any judgement about my dental habits. All of the care was done well and was comfortable too. I would recommend.

Dr. Mehta, Chante, and the entire team at Chicago Loop Dentistry were amazing! They were friendly, thorough, and very timely; they offered very clear information about the health of my teeth and gums, and provided options for future treatment. It was a very pleasant experience!

Great experience at my first appointment here! The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that the exam felt thorough without any pressure toward unnecessary treatments, which can sometimes happen at dental offices. The whole visit felt very straightforward and honest. Also a bonus: they have the cutest office dog who makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. Overall a very positive first visit—I’ll definitely be coming back!
