I had a Great first experience at Madison Yards Family Dental. They were very professional, kind and efficient and explained everything they were doing along the way. Tiffany is a great hygienist and Dr. Amie was thorough and kind.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking here. Zero stars. Awful practice. AVOID. The only thing easy about this place is booking. Everything else went downhill fast. Showed up at my appointment on time. Then waited 15 minutes to be taken back. The hygienist then told me they’d do a full x-ray panel and the dentist would go over my cleaning “options” but that I wouldn’t receive a cleaning that day. I’ve never heard of anything besides a regular cleaning so I was confused. I told her I booked an appointment that is “new patient with cleaning” and she explained that they can’t guarantee a cleaning service that day since I’m new and they don’t know what’s going on with my teeth and they need a full HOUR to assess. I told her no thank you, I don’t have time for that. They ushered me out quite rudely to the front, where there was no one at the reception station for 15 minutes. Finally spoke to the office manager who informed me that even though I booked an appointment for “new patient with cleaning” that doesn’t mean I’ll get a cleaning. It made absolutely no sense to me. I told her it’s false advertising and misleading and shame on them for wasting peoples’ time. Seems like a totally scam just to get more money from innocent people.

When we went over my treatment plan, it was clear she wasn't interested in "making a dollar"—she focused strictly on the necessities and what was best for my health. It is so refreshing to find a doctor who isn't trying to inflate prices! • The Dream Team: Huge shoutout to Ebony, the hygienist, for being so thorough with my X-rays and cleaning, and to Natalie for walking me through my treatment plan with such clarity. • Affordability & Honesty: This is the first time I’ve been to a dentist where the costs weren't sky-high. Their prices are very affordable, which is rare to find these days. Why you should go: It truly is a family dentistry. You can schedule the entire family for the same day, which is the definition of "affordable convenience." High-quality service and a stress-free environment—you really can’t beat that! If you’re looking for a new dental home, this is it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi. While at first I enjoyed the dentist office and appreciated the nice staff and ambiance, I have for over one year been fighting an incorrect billing issue (that they have admitted was a mistake but cannot seem to correct in their system). Over 50% of my visits have resulted in incorrect charge that I have to try very hard to correct and at some point of time I realize it is just not worth it for me. It feels unfortunate that what seems to be a nice practice has such poor billing and customer processes. I really never leave reviews and you may have a different experience, but sharing mine. Sorry to write this but.....have been going to them for about two years, all was fine. This last visit.....they started with the up sales, fluoride rinse, cancer screening etc. I politely declined. Then the informed me that I needed x-rays (it had been over a year) again I declined. The tech then started with the attitude, stating that it MUST be done etc. I explained that I was not comfortable with being there as it is and really didn't want the x rays on top of the cleaning. She stated she would have to get the manager. Office manager arrives and stated that it MUST be done or no cleaning, I asked if it was mandatory by law or the Dentist wanted it, she stated the Dentist wanted it. Again I politely declined. She insisted, I asked If I could get a cleaning without them, she said no. So I left. I had had multiple positive experiences with them and, I thought that they understood my anxiety with dentistry (Had explained several times before) And all the previous techs have been wonderful, but this experience was exactly the opposite of what I had come to expect from them. So if you are going to go just be aware. Something has changed over there and NOT for the better.
