I had such a wonderful experience with Ms. Diana and Dr. Gandhi. After a stressful work week, I came in feeling a bit overwhelmed after chipping my tooth on a metal straw (jokes on me for trying to be sustainable and save the turtles). I looked for places that were reputable because it was my front tooth and I did not want to take chances. After some googling I found Atlanta Dental Spa and thought it would be worthwhile to also share my experience. Ms. Diana immediately put me at ease with her calm, kind, and reassuring demeanor. She truly has an amazing bedside manner and made the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The blanket and warm neck pillow also put me at ease. Sometimes you’re in fight or flight you don’t realize that there are some simple things that can easily reduce stress. Ms. Diana made me feel cared for and heard my ridiculous stories without judgement. Dr. Gandhi was incredible as well, he fixed my chipped tooth in a pinch, and the results are flawless. You genuinely cannot tell it was ever chipped! The whole process was quick, easy, and completely painless. Both of them took the time to reassure me that everything would be okay, and they absolutely delivered. My tooth looks just like before, if not better! I highly recommend this team to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate dental care. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Gandhi and his staff at the Highland office. I was lost at first and the staff offered to come meet me and escort to the clinic. Dr Gandhi was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I myself am a health care professional and was so impressed by the care I received from him. I would highly recommend Dr Gandhi with the assurance that you will get the best care. The staff was just as impressive—friendly, welcoming, and very organized from the moment I walked in. They made scheduling easy, answered all my questions, and created a warm atmosphere throughout the visit. It’s not always easy to find a dental office where both the dentist and staff truly care about their patients, but this team does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and outstanding customer service.Thank you !

Atlanta Dental Spa – February 25th Appointment (12:30 PM) I arrived in the parking lot at 12:19 PM and walked into the office at 12:21 PM. Immediately, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist. What truly impressed me was that she had already checked me in before I even said my name. She remembered me from the week before! That level of attentiveness and personal recognition deserves a standing ovation. Great job!!! 00 As I sat in the waiting room, I noticed staff members walking around smiling and even waving. WOW!!! That kind of positive energy and customer service is rare these days. I literally thought to myself, “Where have you all been all my life?!” The atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and genuine. Dianna called me back at 12:25 PM, five minutes before my 12:30 PM appointment time. I was already seated in the back before my scheduled time. That level of punctuality and professionalism immediately stood out. Once seated, I was offered a neck warmer and a warm blanket and was asked what I wanted to watch. I truly felt like I was at a spa, not just a dental office. The comfort and attention to detail were exceptional. Dr. Perez was equally professional, kind, and thorough. Since the pandemic, I have noticed that many businesses struggle with professionalism and communication. It has honestly made it difficult for me to confidently spend my money in certain places. At this stage in my life, and based on how I was raised, I do not tolerate disrespect, lack of communication, or unprofessionalism especially from businesses that want to thrive. Atlanta Dental Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. I also believe that things happen for a reason. I am actually thankful that my previous dentist showed their true colors because it pushed me to find something closer to home. I typically do not like change, but after coming home and researching for two weeks, reading reviews over and over, I decided to give Atlanta Dental Spa a try. Reviews are extremely important to me, and you all absolutely lived up to them. I have already spoken very highly of your office to my family and friends. They know that I am very particular and only choose the best, so that says a lot! Please do not disappoint me (LOL, just kidding 😊). But truly, from what I have experienced so far, excellence, professionalism, warmth, and top-tier customer service are clearly part of your culture. Keep doing exactly what you are doing. Dr Gandhi and his staff are the absolute best. I have very sensitive teeth and anxiety around going to the dentist. And yet every time I visit, they somehow disarm my worry and are very effective at eliminating any pain or discomfort. I’ve moved around a lot over the years and have had many dentists. Atlanta Dental Spa is number one. The best! I highly recommend them to anyone. Their facility is beautiful and the employees are very kind. Cannot say enough positive things about it. -Anthony

Today I had great appointment at Atlanta Dental Spa! I am genuinely impressed. The entire staff has such a warm, welcoming vibe and is one of the few times a dental visit actually felt relaxing and this says a lot. Dr. Rafael Perez and his assistant Whitney make an incredible team; profesional, kind and really focused, without forgetting my confort from start to finish. The Botox treatment received was done with such care and precision that the whole experience felt effortless. I am looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!
