I am so thankful that this is the team I chose to work on my teeth. Dr. Cepeda has had me in twice so far working on me after hours to finish, even after his staff has been gone for the day. He is very patient, kind, and takes the time needed to get it right no matter what. His assistant has a caring touch and you can tell they all enjoy what they do. I try to give my praises and appreciation but the Dr. just says that's why he's there. I figured the least I could do was leave a google review!! I can't wait until my next appointment and to continue my plan toward a nice smile. 😁

Kirsten professionally answer paper work questions and i feel right at home. All the staff is amazing patient kind and compassionate and explained everything.True treasures. Dr Cepada is excellent and cares and offers best options available. I left laughing to the point of crying.. that is good

My appointment was at 11am, I was not seen until 1pm and I sat in the back until 2pm for the orthodontist to tell me he will not be able to do my work due to him referring me to another surgeon a month ago. Customer service is horrible, I didn’t receive any phone calls about the referral nor did I get a return call when I called them 4days before my appointment. I wasted 3HOURS in dentist office, pregnant in pure pain to not get any work did.

Dr. Cepeda and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mother Joyce Dailey, they were extremely patient and kind. I brought her there to get new dentures and Vaishali was so patient when she was making the mold for my mother's dentures and Dr. Cepeda and Vaishali showed great concern and compassion for my mother's needs. And the end results were magnificent thanks to Bruce the technician that actually made the dentures, they were absolutely perfect and made my mother look and feel like herself again, Bruce you definitely have a gift. Dr. Cepeda has a great practice and staff even down to the receptionist Kristian who greets everyone professionally.

ALL OVER A PARKING SPACE THAT DO NOT SAY RESERVE‼️This was my third appointment with dentist office. I’m handicap and I normally park by the door.(here by the white vehicle) Today 7/14/2023, I had a dentist appointment for me to get fitted for my partial’s. The doctor was running late! I patiently waited for him to get there. I had a 9 am appointment. I was on the phone with my sister. He gets here, immediately telling me I need to move because I’m in a reserved parking spot. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT???‼️‼️He definitely DONT have compassion for anyone ‼️I guess he woke up on the wrong side of the bed.However, don’t take it out on me! I have 14 disc bulging out my back and frustration is not working for me! THE LAST THING I NEED ‼️He just made my experience worst! P.S DOCTOR DONT TAKE YOUR FRUSTRATION OUT ON YOUR PATIENTS! YOU DONT KNOW WHAT WE ARE GOING THROUGH ‼️Have a good day.
