I had been seeing Doctor Witten for several years and had never encountered any issues until my recent dental appointment. Although I arrived on time and checked in, the staff informed me that my appointment was not in their system and asked if I had confirmed it. I had never confirmed my appointments with them because my contact information was incorrect, which resulted in me not receiving any text or voicemail confirmations. Despite the lack of confirmation, my appointments were always intact and I received the services that I had scheduled. However, during my recent appointment, they canceled my slot and gave it to someone else because I didn't confirm via text message that I would arrive. They claimed to have left me a voicemail, but I never received one. Additionally, they texted my husband's cell phone instead of mine to confirm the appointment, which further complicated things. I had paid $5000 for Invisalign and was told to return four weeks later to receive the product I had already paid for. This was after they had rescheduled my initial appointment a month prior. When I arrived for my second appointment, I had to wait for 45 minutes before being informed that I had to reschedule and could not receive the Invisalign. The biggest issue was that Doctor Witten walked out with a dental assistant after seeing that I was waiting, without acknowledging me or my misses appointment. I was very disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this dentist.

So disappointed in this office. The unreturned phone calls should have been a warning but this office came highly recommended by a friend. First visit with Dr Rocha went very well second with another Dr. was a fiasco. Hygienist left 3 times during cleaning and suggested a small bump was cancer instead of waiting for the DR. He was not much better about a tooth saying it was fine before checking the Xray. It wasn't and I had to go to a specialist to find out it could not be saved. Went back to this office in person to make an appointment to have tooth extracted. I was told they looked at the Xray and Dr Rocha would extract it. I had to wait a month to get in even though they knew the tooth was infected. After waiting THREE WEEKS and trying to get a RX for an antibiotic which they suggested but never called in I received a TEXT cancelling my appointment and to go see a specialist. No explanation bit I feel putting my health at risk with an infection that they diagnosed over a month ago.

I've been going to Dr. Witten for the past two years and I love the office and staff. I've been to a few other dentists since moving to Jax and I was unsatisfied with them all. I was recommended this office from a friend and it's been great. I've been wearing invisilign for the last year and I am very satisfied with both the care I've received and the results I can see. I highly recommend this dentist.

I don't know what facility the people went to with these "good" reviews, but I will NEVER step foot in that office ever again. I was seen by Dr. A. Witten many moons ago, but boy am I suffering for it TODAY emotionally, physically, and financially. I could have bought several luxury vehicles for what I'm paying over the years to fix his screw up. Take it lightly if you want and suffer later. If it wasn't so convoluted to sue I would and I still just may do that!!

I am so disappointed at the service I received. So unprofessional, not concerned, does not hear you when your complaining during the procedure. I had to end up going to urgent care and end up getting meds for burning in my throat. Devastating. Unable to reach anyone at office. What is going on.
