My boys had an appointment on Friday June 5th . I was running late for a fill in and cleaning appointment for my son so I called to ask if they will apply the 15 min grace period . GPS had me arriving at 2:15 pm . They said they wouldn’t have the time to complete both services I was upset but granted if I’m late I’m not entitled to be seen . My youngest son had an appointment right after his brother at 3 pm . I asked the receptionist if my son who was going to do the fill in and cleaning could just take up that appointment instead and we can reschedule his sibling. The lady told me that he did not have an appointment. I specifically took off work for this . We drove 25 mins . She intially agreed then said they can reschedule my son for June 9th then mid way told me that the reschedule was for the patient doing the fill in . So then I request a manager and she says my second son does not have an appointment . I decided to go here despite I had out of pocket expenses after insurance but after this poor customer service experience I will not be going back and I advise anyone who books with them recheck your appt date/time . I have proof that my sons sibling was scheduled however either they did not want to service us and lied that he did not have an appointment or someone screwed up the scheduling . Point is this was handled poorly no apologies offered . I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning here at all.

My wife had a wonderful experience at this dental place today . All the staff and dentist were amazing. You can tell when someone loves what they do and these people do! Thank you so much! She’s coming back to get a root canal and more fill ins done next month! My wife has never been excited about the dentist but mountain smiles has changed that for her! If you are thinking about getting dental work done here! DO IT!

The difference in my life since Dr Vega gave me back my smile is amazing. The smile that I hadn’t seen in years. I love the staff and the dentures I have. The technology made getting dentures a smooth and satisfying experience. All of my questions were answered and the entire staff made me feel welcome and special. All my life I have been terrified of dentists and I’m happy to say after my journey with Dr Vega and staff that is no longer the case.

My husband and I have been coming to Mountain Smiles dental for several years now. Both of us have enjoyed the experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful, figuring out our insurance coverage and letting us know ahead of time what the charges will be. Deborah has been cleaning my teeth for all of the visits that I have had, and I enjoy our “conversations“. There are many dentist offices, which are closer to where we live, but we continue to drive across Colorado Springs to be able to come to Mountain smiles.

Pre and Penny are very welcoming when you walk in! Debra is a great hygienist, she was gentle but thorough with my teeth cleaning! Dr. Vega always explains what he is doing and you never feel out of the loop. Small tight knit office with a ton of great people who genuinely care about you! I really enjoy the friendly atmosphere and appreciate the attention to detail that this office always provides.
