I used to go to another dentist in Colorado Springs, and thought they were great until they charged me for services that my insurance covers. My husband is a patient here and recommended me to give it a try. I AM SO GLAD I DID! Aside from the regular check ups and cleanings, I knew I had to eventually fix a tooth I lost in an accident, 16 years ago. You may wonder why it took me so long and the answer is no one gave me the answers to all my questions with such patience and kindness as Dr. Donn and the staff here does. They are able to explain things in words anyone can understand. They work with you and for you, and I could go on about the many reasons to make the switch like I did, and become their patient. You can feel the positive energy here, too. Everyone truly working together to help us out. We are moving out of town. But we won’t be changing our dentist! Worth the drive, time and effort to get the type of service these group of people provide!

I had the pleasure of visiting Word of Mouth Dentistry yesterday. I had to have an old crown replaced that I’ve had for twenty-five plus years. Dr. Donn and his assistant, Ashley, did the work for me. They were very skilled and gentle. My comfort was a top priority for them as they asked several times if i was doing ok. Getting the crown replaced in one visit was so awesome! Most dentistry’s would do the removal and give you a temporary, then you’d have to visit them again once the new crown was made. The entire staff was so friendly; it really took the stress out of a dreaded visit to the dentist! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTISTRY!!!!! I live in the Denver suburbs and the drive to Colorado Springs is well worth it!

Dr. Bowen is the best. Greatest dentist I’ve ever had. Patient, kind, explains everything in a manner that you can understand. He isn’t afraid to do the necessary work and I appreciate all he has done for me and my teeth. Front desk staff is always polite and kind. Dental assistant, Cindy, is so sweet and knowledgeable. Love it here.

I had an excellent experience at Word of Mouth Family Dentistry. The doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. The entire staff is amazing—friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They go above and beyond to make sure patients feel at ease, which really makes a difference. The office is clean, well-organized, and runs efficiently with minimal wait time. I am a dental assistant myself . My husband does have dental issues and he had an appointment today. I was offered to come back with him. None of the staff knew my occupation. I am very annoyed by the corporate sales techniques that those organizations have made home in our dental world . Corporate sales should NOT be in our dental world as it makes it very hard to trust . You need a , you get a crown . You need a filling, you get a filling . You should not crown a small cavity , but corporate upselling to make money .SAD ……Dr.Mark and his staff were ALL AMAZING! He was very friendly, professional , and very very honest. He spoke to me and my husband as if we were both patients . He took the time to show us and explain each situation.
