I had such a great experience at this dentist office. The staff was incredibly patient, understanding, and genuinely sweet throughout my visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety. I never felt rushed and felt listened to the entire time. The environment was welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable dental team.

This is the most recent experience regarding this practice that I wanted to provide other patients of this office. Yesterday, I received an appointment reminder voicemail from Mountain Smiles Dentistry stating the Colorado Springs Complete Dentistry had unexpectedly closed their doors two weeks ago. I called the CSCD number in my appointment confirmation email that I had received shortly after making my appointment - the call was answered by Mountain Smiles Dentistry. I asked what had happened and was informed that the owner of CSCD had visited and asked MSD to help with seeing patients and I presume transferred contact and schedule information to them. I was told that I should've received a call about it (which I didn't). I canceled my appointment on the premise that I have no knowledge of MSD and their dentists; I'm not critiquing them as an office, I'm just not comfortable without researching what provider I'm seeing. I'm hoping that all that was transferred was contact and scheduling information since HIPAA pertains to dental practices as well. Additionally, I checked my dental plan and MSD would not have been covered like CSCD was. I hope this provides some insight to fellow patients as this is the first I've experienced a dental office shuttering their doors so suddenly.

Exceptional care from a woman-owned dental practice that truly puts patients first. It starts when you walk in the door until the moment you leave. Friendly staff, honest communication, and top-quality work. So grateful to have this kind of leadership and professionalism in our community. Gabby, was so caring and friendly and even though I have really bad dental anxiety, I left the office smiling and in zero pain. Thank you to the team there!

I was looking for a new dentist since I moved to Colorado Springs and came across this place and love it. They are all so nice and accommodating, making sure your needs are met. Great location downtown with free parking. I highly recommend Avery from complete dentistry to anyone looking for a great new dentist.
