Dr. Parsa and her team are top notch. Dr. Parsa has a wonderful caring nature to her that makes me feel like she is caring for my health and not my 'dental problems'. Dr. Parsa has a gentle touch when it comes to the 'needle' (Thank you Dr!). I 100% recommend this office. Communication about insurance and payments have been clear, honest, and fair.

I had a really good experience at this dental practice and would definitely recommend it. Everyone made me feel comfortable from the start, and the dentist was super nice and supportive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and used visual explanations that made everything a lot easier to understand. I also appreciated that they gave recommendations that actually helped me feel more involved in taking care of my dental health. They broke everything down financially in a clear way, which made it feel way less overwhelming. The dental hygienist was one of the best I’ve had. He was very gentle and thorough. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a positive dental visit.

Dr. Parsa is excellent!! She is friendly and explains everything in detail, she is very thorough. Her staff is just as great as she is. They are all sweet, patient and helpful. Patty is sweet and makes you feel comfortable. Andrea was helpful in answering my questions. Kudos to the entire staff, you rock!!

After my dentist of 30 years passed away, Dr. Parsa took over the practice. I scheduled an appointment for a routine cleaning, but after two separate visits totaling about 2.5 hours, the cleaning still wasn’t completed. All I kept hearing was that I needed extra dental work that my previous dentist had missed. I’m not sure if that’s typical or a scam to get more money, but I ultimately decided not to return for a third appointment and chose to go elsewhere. That said, I will truly miss Patricia and Linda - they are wonderful and always a pleasure to interact with.

I had a bit of an emergency during the first week of December of 2025. An old porcelain crown became unglued and fell out - exposing the rest of the tooth. Egad. I wasn't sure what to do. My regular dentist wasn't available (and also far away in a different town). That day I casted a wide net seeking help. That is when Dr. Parsa's team responded to me. I kid you not, on the same day that my crown fell out Dr. Parsa re-attached it. In fact, my crown had been re-attached within about 2 hours of it coming unglued. What are the odds? Seriously! This was absolutely outstanding! Of course I had a little luck on my side. I had saved the undamaged crown and the tooth that the crown covered was alive and in good condition (i.e. not requiring medical attention). Their office was close to me and parking was easy. Many thanks go to Dr. Parsa and the folks from Downtown SJ Dental! I'm sending my good vibes to their team! Thank you so much!
