I highly recommend Bascom Family Dental! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a friendly, helpful staff who make you feel welcome and comfortable. The office itself is large, open, bright, and very inviting. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan, who has handled my treatment with exceptional care and professionalism. She has a very warm and compassionate approach, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and always makes sure I understand my treatment options. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for her patients really stand out. The entire team creates a positive experience, and I am grateful for the excellent care I have received. I would definitely recommend Bascom Family Dental to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional dental office.

I recently switched to Dr. Chan after seeing the same dentist for more than 30 years (he passed away over the summer), and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Chan was warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. The office is beautiful, and every member of the staff is welcoming and helpful. Dr. Chan and Dr. Mody have created an amazing dental practice. The office is beautiful, modern, and spacious, which makes the whole experience even more comfortable from the moment you walk in. I actually dread going to the dentist; however, I love going to Bascom Family Dental. Dr. Mody and staff are friendly, efficient, funny and gentle. It's a no judgement zone. I can't give them enough stars.

Dr. Chan is very thorough in her examination. She has a gentle and reassuring approach, and her advice is precise and well-considered! I felt completely comfortable and in good hands with her during all of my visits. The hygienists are also very efficient, and the reception staff are equally precise with appointment notes and adjustments. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my dental procedures.
