I rarely write negative reviews, but I believe this one is necessary to protect other patients from going through what I experienced. I went to this clinic with severe dental pain, expecting proper care and at least a thorough cleaning and cavity treatment. Instead, I left still in pain and very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and compassion. The dentist first asked if I wanted to remove my wisdom teeth. I explained that I couldn’t do it that day because I needed to organize my work schedule, and that for now, I simply wanted a deep cleaning and to treat my cavities. She immediately said she didn’t have time for either, because her shift was over, yet she made it clear that if I had agreed to the extractions, she would have stayed to do them. In other words, she didn’t have time for a basic cleaning or fillings, but she did have time for an extraction, simply because it’s a more lucrative procedure. That alone says a lot about the priorities of this place. Eventually, I was passed to another dentist who could only remove two of my five active cavities. The cleaning was done by a dental assistant, and I was told to come back another day for the rest. I’ve never seen a dental office where a patient with visible cavities and pain is told to wait weeks for treatment, just because it’s not the procedure that makes the clinic the most profit. It was unprofessional, rushed, and deeply disappointing. I’m now seeing another clinic that actually cares about patient health instead of money.

He was amazing, made sure I was okay every step of the way. Walked me through the procedure, but the lady cleaning my teeth was very rough and heavy handed. I whimpered and she went harder. Not soft spoken at all

Not only did I get a next day appointment but also my immediate issue was fixed and less then a week later I'm able to get everything taken care of. The staff was exceptionally kind as well the dentist being understanding and helpful. Took years to get this far. My guy recommended this place and now I've referred a few people.

I needed an extraction and Dr. Mohammed pulled a back molar in less than 10 seconds, I'm not exaggerating!! I was so pleased at how quickly he got it out as I have anxiety about dentist appointments. Its always clean, I never wait very long, staff are very nice, even the security guard held my hand to give me comfort. I really like this dentist office!

Amazing experience Dr. Mo is amazing dentist. Extremely knowledgeable. The entire staff makes the process easy
