I have been coming here since I was 16-17 years old so around 8-9 years, I had amazing experiences with Dr. Patel and Dr. Cruise (when he was still practicing) I love the staff here and have had alot of history with this practice, I was recently put with Dr. Jassoma and have had an good experience for the most part. My only complaint is a mix of my own fault on part of not handling it sooner/not being more confident in saying what i needed and the feeling of not being heard by Dr. Jassoma, came in for a cleaning and found I had a cavity on my last molar on the left, no big deal, got it cleaned and filled. Then the sensitivity started, to heat, cold, if I flossed in between my two molars. I dealt with it for a few weeks or about a month or two (cant remember the time span) made an appointment and they saw me quick to get it taken care of, came in and before we did any X-rays we skipped to trying to shape the filling, I agreed as I trust Dr. Jassoma and recognize that I must trust her to do what she thinks is the correct course. We continued and the pain persisted, then filed a (corner? Edge?) of my tooth to try and make sure my teeth weren't contacting. At first it felt the same, they then did X-rays and found that there was some decay under another filling in that area but the xray ai analysis showed that it wasn't any heavy decay and showed yellow went home and two days later the pain subsided. Then before my next cleaning the pain had returned and during that visit I told them the pain returned and we checked again and the decay had worsened, Dr. Jassoma removed the filling and cleaned out the decay and informed me that it had moved into the pulp pretty far. I asked why don’t we do a root canal, and she gave me an honest explanation, if we do a root canal we are going to keep removing tooth material and the weaker my tooth would become. I was anxious but I try to put all my trust in my doctors, so we left it with it being refilled, in the past week and a half the pain has increased to the point where I am using a tube of Ora gel and taking two aleve a day to help with pain and i cant chew on that side and have the feeling of it festering. So I visited them last week and Dr. Jassoma was able to tell me very quickly that we are going to have to do a root canal, unfortunately my insurance wont cover any of the root canal and only a little less than half of the crown so I have to wait or get an extraction till I can afford it. All in all these particular experience in a long relationship of great experiences with this practice hasn’t been the best but I also understand that as Doctors they are people and want to help us keep our teeth healthy and try and keep our original teeth as much as possible, and that sometimes predicting whats going to happen in the human mouth is hard and unrealistic. So regardless I appreciate the years of dental work and help I have gotten here and hopefully will get in the future.

My experience was great. I did not have to wait long in the lobby, and getting my X-rays done was quick and efficient. I was able to meet with Dr. Patel right after for my consultation, and I’m already scheduled for my next two appointments. Victoria explained everything thoroughly and made the entire process easy to understand. Katana was amazing as well. She explained everything she was doing beforehand and was very personable and easy to talk to throughout the appointment. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, and I was in and out within about an hour.

I had a great experience at this dental office with Dr. Armish Patel. The service was prompt and efficient, which made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. I was especially impressed that my crown was completed and installed in just two days, which is incredibly fast. The clinic itself had a very clean and fresh vibe, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident about the care I was receiving. Dr. Patel and the staff were professional, well-organized, and respectful of my time. Everything was handled on schedule, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re looking for quality care in a clean and welcoming environment.

New patient here at Lakeshore D, needed to get eval/recs for chipped/broken #’s 8 & 9 teeth. Did very little research on my end and went with them as the first option. Little did I know, they would be the only I’d needed. My first appointment was on a Monday, and my permanent crowns were in by Wednesday. Jinki was swift with getting me in for the initial exam, can’t remember who got me scheduled for install but same experience as well. Dr. Elaf was thorough with explanations and straightforward with recommendations as far as what was the best course of action. The craft, empathy, and overall experience led to a smooth procedure. Despite her youth dental assistant Ciara(sp) was fantastic, for she actually matched the color for the crowns to my teeth pretty much flawlessly.. You’d have thought these ladies had been in the field for 20+ years, as all trust was given to them on my end since I barely had a clue as to what was going on ☺️ Overall, a wonderful experience from the staff all the way down the line. I already am a patient at another practice for cleanings so this review is solely based for prosthodontics. Lakeshore is great for anyone in need of aesthetic work, isn’t knowledgeable of the process/procedure. The folks here will take great care of you.
