Today's visit was 100% perfect! I do not have one complaint about my visit today Starting with your receptionist who is very helpful and kind.That set the tone for the visit. Your dental hygienist, Brenda, was so great with me.She's really good with people. First thing she introduced herself and asked how my day was , and that we would be doing x rays. I explained that I have a gag reflex and always have since I was a child and that it would be difficult for me to put the tool in my mouth. She was so kind and understanding and suggested that I breathe through my nose and out through my mouth which was excellent. That really helped me relax. And by no fault of her own , I was still unable to put the tool in my mouth without gagging. So she suggested that she would guide me to help put the tool for the x ray in my mouth and it went very well! With her guidance , I was able to get four byte wing x rays without gagging! Lol she did an excellent job , cleaning my teeth and explaining how to brush properly and gave me some tips on how to floss , and so I appreciated all the advice. And the doctor was excellent in giving me advice on an implant that I would like to put in. So the plan was printed out and given to me as I exited. Overall , very good experience , and I would definitely recommend Dr. Chou and his wonderful staff.

This is a long overdue review. Dr. Chou is a wonderful dentist and his staff is equally wonderful. Dr. Chou is attentive and doesn't act impatient when I ask questions. Dr. Chou and his wife are so down-to-earth and easy to interact with, I'm so grateful for them. My most recent visit has been like the majority of my interactions with his staff: they are kind, patient and professional, but not cold. I feel that I am well taken care of at Downtown Dentistry. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend this dental practice! Dr Chou is both professional and personable, as is his staff. Procedures are explained in detail and great care is taken to ensure patients are comfortable at all times.

Dr. Chou is a very professional Dr who knows his job. My husband had both upper and lower dentures done, not easy. From start to finish it was a process, which requires patience from both Dr and patient. From start to finish it required numerous visits for appropriate adjustments. My husband is pleased with the end result. Cost was within our budget also. All employees were very professional and pleasant. Office always clean, comfortable and pleasant surroundings.

After seeing nearly a dozen different dentists over the past few years, I finally found this Office. The way Shu Ling has explained everything put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable. I don’t feel like she is hurrying me to leave so she can go to the next patient I feel she inherently is invested in my situation and I can see it in her eyes, words, and mannerisms. Yes, getting dentures is a huge move in someone’s life. The thought of it makes me very nervous, the multiple visits and all the costs involved but all of that disappears when I sit down and talk to her. The way she and I interact: I see her more as a friend than anything else, and that is exactly what is needed in situations such as this-We laughed we joked and we talked business. Dr Chou is disciplined and analytical and I welcome his experience and skill. I’m laughing as I say this, but I’m looking forward to getting my teeth yanked out of my skull😁
