I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a kid because, honestly, I was terrified to go. Growing up, going to the dentist just wasn’t something my family could always afford, and as time went on my fear only got worse. But now that I’m an adult and finally able to prioritize my health, I knew I needed to start taking care of my oral health, so a little over a year ago I started my journey with Heights Modern Dentistry. Every single time I come in, everyone is so kind, patient, and helpful. They never make you feel judged or embarrassed about your dental health, which meant so much to me as someone with a lot of anxiety surrounding the dentist. Karina has been amazing when it comes to helping me understand my insurance and giving accurate pricing for treatments so there are no surprises. All of the hygienists and assistants who have worked with Dr. Sang have been incredibly supportive and comforting during my visits. I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Tang, and before the procedure I heard so many horror stories about the pain afterward. But Dr. Tang is such a skilled and gentle doctor that I had little to no pain even three days later. I honestly could not believe it. I had so much fear of the dentist until I found Heights Modern Dentistry. They helped me rebuild my confidence, overcome years of fear, and finally take control of my oral health, and I’m so grateful for the care they’ve given me.

I had my first visit at this office today and honestly had such a great experience. The entire staff was so detail-oriented, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone treated each other and their patients with so much respect and warmth, which made the environment feel really comfortable. Dr. Motino was especially sweet and attentive throughout my procedures. She constantly checked in to make sure I was okay and made me feel very cared for the entire time. Even the small things stood out to me — they noticed I was cold and offered me a blanket, which was such a thoughtful touch. I had a couple of fillings and other procedures done, and overall the experience was much better than I expected. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients. I’m really glad I found them and would definitely recommend them to others.

This place is awesome would give it 10 stars if i could . Siria and karina are the best to schedule with, the work with your schedule ,and are so kind in person and over the phone. Dr.Motino is phenomenal she is very very kind and caring she does a great job explaining what work is needed and how you can improve your dental health. Viet does my cleanings hes funny which makes appointments enjoyable , he is quick and effective at his job and most importantly ive never been hurt during a visit ( other hygienists are aggressive ) . Tiffany is the best ! She usually checks us out at the end of the appointment. She is very sweet. She does a great job at breaking down the payment plans available. You honestly can't put a price on how well this staff is , they really go the extra mile for their patients i couldn't see myself being this taken care of at any other dentists ! written with appreciation - Maria Estrada Gomez

I had such an amazing experience thanks to the office manager Tiffany Smith and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, everything was handled with professionalism, kindness, and care. The office manager went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of and made the process smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take pride in creating a welcoming environment. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and an outstanding team!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mili Motino! She recently replaced one of my veneers, and the results are absolutely perfect. Her attention to detail, precision, and care truly stand out. She was so gentle, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. I would never go anywhere else for any dental-related issue. Highly recommend Dr. Motino to anyone looking for exceptional dental care! The office is located at 1911 Taylor Street! Ask for Dr. Mili, Highly recommend.
