My husband and I absolutely love coming to this dentist in Oak Cliff—even though we live all the way in Rowlett, it’s 100% worth the drive every time! The staff is always welcoming, and the service is amazing. Jasmine is especially the best! She’s always so helpful, kind, and makes us feel so comfortable. We truly appreciate her and the whole team. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great care!

I absolutely love this practice and Dr. M. Been contemplating getting my teeth aligned and corrected and for the last 12 months, they have been amazing! And what I enjoy are two things: I never have to wait more than 48 hours to see her/if I need to move things around, it’s a quick phone call. #TooEasy. I also LOVE its and “in-and-out” work ethic. Treat me, consult me, and send me on my way!

Overall the cleaning are amazing. It is the customer service and process in which is requiring me to switch dentist office after 5 years of being with them. I am not sure if management had change however my last 2 visits have resulted in excessive wait times, miscommunication and delays This last visit of the straw that broke the camel back. I arrived at 7:55 am for a 8 am appt just in case I had additional forms to fill out. Which I filled out 6 forms the night before for insurance etc. I was greeted the only person on the lobby. By 8:10 am nothing I inquired is there any issues or anything I need ro fill out. My appt was at 8 am. The front desk replied no I am sending your forms to the back and they will call for you shortly. By 8:20 am she ask did you fill out the forms...I replied the forms sent yesterday yes but I also came early to fill out any other forms. I sent them last night By 8:30 am the clerk " madam the forms you filled out were separate from these forms and they are not filled out. I sent you a text at 8:10 am". I had received no text and I replied I have been sitting here in front of you this whole time and also came in early to fill out any forms. We should have been done with my cleaning by now, also why was it at 8:10 am not 7:55 am when I got here early to fill out forms. We will need to reschedule at my 35 minutes of my time was wasted for nothing" If anyone knows a good dentist office please let me know as this one ks no one good.

Starting from front desk to the back office they are all attentive and do a great job. Especially Briana the dental assistant who made me feel comfortable because I was nervous. She explained in detail as the procedure was going, until it was done.

Oak Cliff Dental has an amazing team. They were attentive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and genuinely helpful. The whole office had such a positive, ready-to-work energy that immediately put me at ease. Highly recommend!
