On May 12 I got a follow up call from Joanna to bring my son to the dentist. I was greeted professionally and was made asked what times frames worked best for me and my son. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable of her office and what it offered to the point I ended up making an appointment for myself and signing up with there dental plan. Once I got the office I was greeted by Nuvio with a smile and a vibrant personality. All the staff in the back including the dentist were very kid oriented with there approach to making him feel comfortable and safe to trust them inside his mouth, lol. My son ask a lot of questions about what is about to happen and there answers were on point to allow him to trust them.

I feel like 1/2 the dentists office now are scammy/sold out to private equity but NOT this one. The prices are so great that they do not even compare to many other offices around. I was told I had 12 cavities at a different dentist, went here for a second opinion and only had one tiny one. They saved me literally thousands of dollars. Their payment plan is legit with no hidden fees and a great deal. Office is very clean and they have the newest tech. Will be coming back for a long time, so glad I finally found them.

Knox Village Dentistry is great! Everyone there is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I became a patient here because they offer an affordable out of pocket treatment plan for those that don’t have dental insurance. On that plan you also get X-rays at each appointment instead of just annually like other places. You also get discounts towards other services/products, so I was able to get a mouthguard/nightguard made at a discounted rate. I’ve had no issues with mine over the past year. Thanks Knox Village for the continued care!

I first visited Dr. Askins practice two years ago when we moved to Old East Dallas. Great clinic. Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and Dr. Askins is a superb dentist. He recently redid a crown on a front tooth that a previous dentist had screwed up. My smile looks and feels much better! Highly recommend. (Only downside is need to constantly sign forms via iPad - it's becoming very common in doctor/dentist offices. Annoying, but it aint going away!)

Dr. Derrick Askins is honestly wonderful. He takes the time to explain things carefully and takes real care in his craft. I was having pain, and he was so careful to ensure he didn't waste my money — he found the root cause and made sure overall that I was satisfied. Genuine and authentic, I really appreciate the service here.
