My experience here was incredible- from the front desk to my exam & cleaning. Dr. Nguyen explained everything to me in detail, took his time, kept it simple for me to understand, and was happy to answer any questions I had—which I appreciated. Katherine is the absolute best hygienist!! She was so so thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable/experienced and has the best bedside manners! I don’t want to talk so highly because they both get booked up quickly and selfishly I want to gate keep this place but they deserve 5 stars and more!!

I just so happen ran across this little gem of a dental office. I haven't taken care of my teeth for a few years and I was use to going to big chain dental offices when I was but I am so glad I gave Henderson Family Dental a try. The doctors are wonderful and the customer service has been nothing but A+ on all 3 of my visits thus far. If you're looking for a dental office that will take care of you from beginning to end with smiles on everyone's face, this is the place.

After being a patient at this practice for many years, I have finally had enough. They only call super late in the day/evening to schedule appointments. Because of this, I went a bit longer between cleanings than I should have and the hygienist berated me and made me feel like a horrible person, despite the fact that I was there in person to get my teeth cleaned. I decided to give it another try after that since I had always liked Dr. Jeff. I saw him on Tuesday of this week and he explained that I needed to get one of my fillings re-done because it was on the verge of falling out. I hate getting fillings, but I made the appointment anyways because my trusted doctor said I needed to. I have a medical condition that requires me to take a very large dose of antibiotics before dental procedures. I took those meds this afternoon before my appointment. I knew that I would be seeing a different doctor, but since it’s the same practice, I assumed (silly me) that she would follow the treatment plan we had agreed on. She looked at my X-rays and decided I didn’t need the filling. So now I have taken time off work to get to this appointment and taken a very large dose of antibiotics (which wreck my stomach) and the filling wasn’t fixed. All of this after the practice spent the last year calling and harassing me to schedule this filling. The practice manager came to speak with me and offered for Dr. Jeff to call and explain it to me. I said that was not necessary since 1) he will tell me what he told me Tuesday. And 2) I will be finding a new dentist. I loved HFD for years because they used to be so kind. Unfortunately in the last few years they have gotten super rude and dismissive. I have never been treated so rudely by medical professionals. I have recommended this place to so many friends and family, but sadly I can no longer do that.

The Dr was awesome. Explained my issues thoroughly and we made a plan to fix my most pertinent problem and then we will get on a regular regiment of every 6 months. Would highly recommend him to anyone. almost forgot: all the staff was very friendly and professional from the front desk to the hygenist.
