What makes the experience even better is the location. East Quarter is one of the coolest areas of Dallas, and it's easy to grab a coffee, lunch, or even a drink nearby after your appointment. Dr. Canales is an outstanding dentist and someone I trust completely with my dental care. From the moment I walked in, the office was welcoming, clean and efficiently run. The staff was kind and professional as well. Dr. Canales took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The treatment was genuinely pain free, which made a huge difference for me. I also had a dental emergency and was able to be seen quickly. Dr. Canales handled it calmly and thoroughly, which was such a relief. The care felt honest, never rushed, and very patient-focused. I highly recommend Dr. Canales to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist who truly cares about their patients.

Just left my new patient appointment and it could not have gone better! My hygienist Clarissa and Dr. Canales were sooo thorough and helpful. Clarissa took time to explain everything to me in great detail. The front and back receptionists were so sweet and helpful as well!! gorgeous office too :))

I had a very positive experience. I appreciated that the appointment was well-managed and not overly prolonged. I particularly enjoyed the use of modern technology, such as the iTero scanner, along with the clear explanations provided. The ease of online scheduling, digital paperwork, and outstanding customer service throughout the visit were also greatly appreciated. Finally, receiving a gift upon departure as a new patient was a thoughtful gesture.
