Best cleaning ever. Jessica and Jessica are very pleasant. I appreciate the hard work they do. The Dr. was pleasant too. It was just a good feeling they give. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

The staff was great, professional, made you feel welcome, and very attentive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the downtown Dallas area looking for a dentist or if you are new to town and need a cleaning check these guys out you will not be disappointed.

**If they say you need a deep cleaning, get a second opinion!!!** I've been coming here for my cleanings every 6 months for the past few years. When I went in a few weeks ago there was a new hygienist. She checked my gums and said I had lots that were a 4 & 5 and that I would need a deep cleaning ASAP. She brought in Dr. Suman Nalla who agreed and advised they could not move forward with a regular cleaning because it would be pointless since I need a deep cleaning. The front office brought the estimate, and they tried to get me to agree the deep cleaning right there and then. Something felt off as I was just there 6 months ago and told my gums looked great so I left and went to a specialist periodontist for a second opinion. The periodontist was absolutely shocked that I was told this as I do in fact not need a deep cleaning and most of my gum ratings are a 2 and nothing higher than a 3. Unfortunately, I can't say Amerismiles is trustworthy

Overall a good experience. Almost canceled due to the feeling that they were going to recommend a bunch of unneeded procedures or treatments due the first contact on the phone and in person. It's always a HUGE red flag when the dentist office is preparing you to spend additional money before they ever even see you. I would advise that they stop this terrible practice of preparing new clients for the possibility of needing a "deep cleaning", and just assuming that most people will only need a standard cleaning, as it is only recommended if a condition gets worse after 3-6 months. As a heads up for anyone reading this, make sure you do some basic research on common dentist scams. You'll find dentist will often "require" a deep cleaning over a standard cleaning to gouge more money out of you. Always get a second opinion, especially if this is your first visit. Overall, they didn't suggest it, but women at the front desk did mention it twice before the doctor ever saw me. They did an amazing job with the cleaning, and explaining what they saw. My teeth feel amazing afterwards.

Dr. Reddy and the other doctor who consulted with me about Invisalign were AMAZING. Their staff Myra and Ruby 10 out of 10 as well. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new dentist.
