I had a wonderful experience at Capital Dental Group. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The entire team was kind, supportive, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. A special thank you to the Dentist and her amazing team for taking such great care of me. They took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. It's not always easy going to the dentist, but the staff at Capital Dental Group made the experience a positive one. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care in Bakersfield!

I had my first cleaning yesterday. Upon booking I asked the receptionist the amount of time needed for this appt. She told me one hour. I booked my appt for 1:30pm. After receiving 2 text messages stating my appt would begin at 1:30, arriving 5 minutes early I was taken back to begin my appt at 1:50. The employee who polished and flossed my teeth was excellent. I asked her before starting how long the appt would take and she told me 40 minutes. Ok, I can still be on time to my next task. She asked if I had any concerns about my teeth and I said not pain wise, but I didn’t like the build up on the front of my lower teeth. I’m simply concerned about the appearance. The hygienist then came in to clean my teeth. She spent time gossiping about employees who no longer work for Capital Dental detailing where they work, their lack of hours, talked about how much she hated the “tree picture” in her cubical, talked about how nitrous gas causes “spontaneous abortions”. This is highly inappropriate conversation in a public space and to top it off, the build up is still visible on my teeth. There needs to be a training held on professionalism.

Dr. Sharafi was absolutely wonderful with my daughter! She was kind, patient, thorough, and made the entire visit a positive experience. We especially appreciated how efficiently she was able to narrow down the number of visits needed while still providing excellent care. We will definitely be back to see her and highly recommend her to other families!

Staff were AMAZING. I had not been to the dentist in years. Wisdom Tooth extraction done on a Sunday and I was right back to work Monday morning. 🙏🏽💯 Highly recommended that my coworkers visit and experience for themselves. Keep up the good work.

I had a teeth cleaning at Capital Dental, and the two women who assisted me were absolutely fabulous. They were both kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Their friendly and caring attitude made the experience a great one. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service!
