I had my first appointment today and J loved it. They were super friendly, honest and so detailed. I understood everything and didn't have to ask a bunch of questions bc they had explained everything so great. I love that I'm in a private space also that was my big reason for choosing swish. If you're a nervous person I would choose here bc they really help ease your worries.

Very nice experience. Something I can’t say about my previous dentist. They have state of the art equipment and the staff are great. The dentist was thorough and explained all options. The dental hygienist was excellent. She did an excellent job on cleaning and help me understand what I needed to do to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I would recommend Swish to anyone.

Honest and very pleasing ☺️ I needed a referral to an oral surgeon walked into this office with no hope of help just following instructions from the hospital. Once the doc looked at my jaw and teeth she told me to save my money and relax there is no need for an oral surgeon when you can take care of this ar home. Not only did she look out for my teeth she looked out for my wallet as well mind you this was a few weeks ago. I just went back today for a cleaning and I got to say... no disappointments!!!

I scheduled what was supposed to be a routine exam and cleaning that my insurance covered. Instead, I left with a $250 bill for X-rays that were never clearly explained to me and apparently were not covered by my insurance. To make matters worse, I did not even receive the cleaning that was covered. I felt like the visit was designed to get me back in the office for additional procedures and more charges rather than provide the basic preventive care I came in for. Patients deserve clear communication about costs and coverage before services are performed. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this office.

Another great experience with Swish Dental, this time at their 1st St. office. Excellent staff at reception, friendly and helpful with billing process and making appointments as well as discuss different services offered there. Saw a different dentist this time because it was a root canal. Loved the dentist, she was knowledgeable and taught me things about what was going on with my tooth and how she planned to treat it. Gotta say she has a feather touch, the procedure was painless. Dental assistant was friendly and helped get me comfortable before the procedure began. Highly recommend the team here at Swish!
