Awesome staff, great doctors and hygienists that really take care of your dental needs. They want to hear your concerns and want to provide valuable information about your specific dental issues. I live about 45 minutes away and will make the drive every time for this type of care. Thanks so much for being so friendly and professional!!

I want to truly thank and praise the entire staff at downtown swish. I called yesterday hoping to get a cleaning before my insurance timed out, and I couldn't make it to my regular dentist in time. Not only did the team at swish fit me in, they worked with me to get the work done SAME DAY before my benefits ran out, even staying late to do so. The hygenist that i saw was so so helpful in and she even had an optimal electric toothbrush recommendation written out on a post it. She truly listened to all my concerns and was super passionate about it. Although its always super anxiety inducing to have dental work done, I wanted to take advantage of my benefits. Dr. Noor Makda and her really phenomenal assistant effortlessly replaced my crown and did a filling in what felt like record time, and totally painlessly. They were extremely friendly, supportive and talked me through each of my options and concerns. I didn't feel pressured or shamed over any choice, and they made it really tolerable to get the procedure done. The front desk staff was also incredible at working through billing options, presenting cost of each part of treament plan, and breaking down all my options. They leveraged my benefits and even credited my parking payment against the bill. I would highly recommend this office and thank you to everyone there.

5 stars!! Top notch care, from start to finish. I am terrified of the dentist. My fear stems from past negative experiences as a dental patient, so it is very difficult for me to feel comfortable when I go. The staff at Swish was fantastic. Avery, Natalie, Dr. Noor… even the person that answered the phone and the friendly front desk person. The scheduling process was quick and simple, and I got in the very next day. I look forward to choosing the downtown Austin Swish location for all of my dental needs moving forward. I don’t even feel nervous for my upcoming appointment, which feels like a small miracle. I am so grateful. Thank-you for being so kind… it truly makes such a difference.

I just switched to Swish and can’t recommend them enough. From the front desk to the hygienist and doctors, everyone is so nice and welcoming. They explain everything clearly, and they walked me through every step of my Invisalign treatment, answered all my questions, and made me feel really confident about getting started. The staff is friendly, professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great routine dental care or cosmetic treatment!!!

My dentist retired after 25 years. I picked Swish because it was two blocks from my house. I loved the staff, their equipment was state of the art. Everyone was so Proffessional, knowledgeable and nice. I found my new dentist. Hopefully for the next 25 years!!
