This was by far the best experience I've ever had at the dentist! The vibe was so chill and everyone was so polite and professional. From the moment I walked in they were quick to get my info and take me back mind you I was 45 minutes early and they still took me in within ten minutes. The music was upbeat. Dr Dhanani was very friendly and full of energy. The way she carried herself changed my whole perspective on what it felt like to visit the dentist. 10 out of 10 would whole heartedly recommend any and all to make her they're primary dentist.

Great Service, it’s a very thorough and friendly place. I highly recommend Dr. Dhanani, she is incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and welcoming and their prices are fair, + they worked with my dental insurance. I also would recommend Nick the dental hygienist, who gave me some great tips on how to take care of my teeth, and was very patient and thorough during my cleaning.

Best dentist in Austin – Dr. Kaiser and the team are truly exceptional! High Point Dentistry has completely changed my relationship with going to the dentist. Dr. Kaiser is the first truly patient-friendly dentist I've ever had – she makes you feel genuinely cared for, never rushed, and there's absolutely no sense of being upsold on unnecessary services. Everything is transparent and clearly explained. The entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, the office is clean and modern, and the whole atmosphere is calm and reassuring. Far and away the best dental practice in Austin!

This dentistry practice is taking advantage of people. I arrived at my appointment only to realize I no longer had dental insurance (my own error). I explained the situation to the woman at the front desk. She refused to waive the same day cancellation fee of $50. I had no intention of not showing up for my appointment. Instead, I arrived and chose not to go through with the appointment because I did not want to use their in-house insurance or pay out-of-pocket. I understand the policy for no-shows, but blatantly disregarding my situation is truly intensive. I do not recommend this practice if you’re looking for an administrative policy that works with people their changing situations. I will not be returning.
