Very friendly and professional staffs. However, I kept getting bills from them even with my insurance for the basic regular cleaning biannually. This issues have been happened multiple times repeatedly. I am wondering how accurate their billings are and considering about going to a different dentist office. Updated: called the office to ask for clarification on the bill, they said the dentists needed to perform a full mouth xray to keep their licenses.. However, the insurance only paid every 5 years. They could not check in depth on each customers’ accounts on the insurance. So it was always ‘estimated’ amounts, and in this case, I had to pay out of pocket for it. Was that xray really necessary?? And of course, the insurance sucks, as always!

I had not been to the dentist in years I really hate to go. These people gave me a quote of $4028. I went home talked with my husband we decided let's get it done. Midway through the many appointments I was told that price was only for the right side of my mouth. So insurance covered around $2000. I ended up spending over $3000 out of pocket. This quote included a bridge that I would rather have spent that money fixing the left side but unfortunately by the time I found out they had already filed down 2 of my teeth to little nubs. Every time i went in they were adding more charges. Right before my last appointment I discussed the billing with the manager she assured me I only owed another $250. I went in for the bridge with the $250 and they wanted $700. They stated without payment i could not get the bridge put in. I recently received another bill for $234. Please don't go here.

Absolutely amazing staff! From the front desk to the doctors to the assistants all were absolutely amazing and very helpful. Any questions or concerns I had they helped keep me at ease. I really am happy with choosing them for my dental work. If I could rave more about the awesome staff I would! The place is easy to find and make appointments too. Overall super happy and smiling again! Thank yall so much for all that you do!

Very friendly staff and a dental team that is excellent at what they do! I also found a better price here for my night guard than at other dental practices. Happy to return in 6 months! Edit: I stand by what I said about how friendly the staff is. They are very kind and they do their best to help! But the dental hygienist did mislead me on what I would pay for the nightguard and the office came back 2 months later and told me I still owed $100 because my insurance didn’t cover the service after all. I saw other reviews that claimed similar issues like this, and I now believe them. The night guard (only one for the top row of teeth) also covers my wisdom tooth and bumps into my bottom gum whenever I wear it and is pretty painful compared to the last one I had from a different office. So I’m not very pleased in the aftermath of the visit, but I will say the front office did what they could to help me figure out the situation.

I've only been there once but they sent me this email saying they want me to review them so they're getting 3 stars because I was early for my 3pm appointment, which I have to take time off my job for, but the dentist didn't start looking at my teeth until 3:30. She seemed competent and friendly so I made the appointment to get a two crowns. Maybe I'll come back and give a better review after they do they work, but they sent this request to my personal email and a 3 star review is what you've earned. Also I hate that you stuff me in a room with no windows playing game shows wearing a bib. I almost walked out because I don't enjoy being treated like a child
