Overall great experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start. NeNe did an amazing job explaining everything and breaking down all options for me. Adrianna did amazing as well making sure I had everything I needed. The process was great because of them two but shout out to the team! Thank y’all!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding my appointment experience today.5/20/26 My dental appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM. At 1:30 PM, I called the clinic, confirmed my appointment, and informed them that I would be bringing my new insurance card, as you likely still had my previous insurance on file. The call ended with no issues or concerns raised on either side. When I arrived at the clinic at 4:16 PM — well before my appointment — I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. The reason given was that a new insurance means a new patient, and that I should have arrived before 4:00 PM. I was also told that the clinic had called and texted me to notify me of this. I would like to respectfully point out that I received no text message whatsoever. When I showed this to the manager, they could see for themselves that no message had been sent. As for the phone call, it was made at 4:15 PM — one minute before I walked through the door. That is hardly reasonable notice. This appointment was made six months ago. In all that time, I received no updates, no policy changes, and no requests for additional information. What made this experience even more disheartening was the way it was handled. The manager offered, almost as a favor, to note in my file that I had shown up — so that I would not be charged the $50 no-show fee. I want to be clear: I did show up. On time. I should not need a “favor” for something that is simply the truth. This raises a fair and important question: patients are required to give 24 hours’ notice for cancellations, or face a $50 charge. So when the clinic cancels an appointment without proper notice — does our time have no value? Are we held to a standard that does not apply to you? I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed and that steps are taken to ensure no other patient has to go through this kind of experience.

I have been a client of Mint Dentistry since 2012..we originally started in the S Arlington office and then moved to N Arlington which was closer to our home at the time . We now live in Mansfield, TX and still trek the 20 miles to this location. The staff is always friendly, professional, caring, and studious. Today, I called and spoke with Ms. Destiny and she answered all of my questions pertaining to how insurance benefits/payments worked when you have two insurance providers, my account status, when Mint went out of network with my insurance and when my next upcoming appt was . Although, my insurance considers Mint Dentistry out of network we will not go anywhere else for our dental needs! They actually treat us like family at this location! 🥰

I’ve been going to Mint Dentistry for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Van is my ho to person in Arlington off Copeland rd, and she’s absolutely fantastic—professional, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I feel completely at ease in her care. But what really makes this place stand out is the entire staff. From the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. You can tell they work well together and genuinely care about their patients. The office itself is modern, clean, and inviting, and they’re always on time with appointments, which I really appreciate. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines professionalism with a warm, personal touch, I can’t recommend Mint Dentistry enough!

I was very nervous going into Mint Dentistry in Arlington, Texas, but the team quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I had a lot of questions about the spacing in my teeth and why a deep cleaning was necessary instead of a regular one. They took the time to explain everything, and even though I was still a little unsure, I trusted their expertise. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment next Wednesday. My smile still looks like it’s there—and I’m feeling much better about it!
