They wouldn’t numb me for my cleaning and insisted I take a Valium. I can’t take Valium because I am a recovering opiate addict and also I drove to the location. They got mad at me and blasted loud annoying country by my side which made the cleaning a lot more irritating. Every other dentist office provided me with a shot in my mouth and we were good to go. Really aggressive, unprofessional and rude attitude. Honestly. Like what the hell. Do better than this.

This was my first visit, but I had a very good impression. Their location is handy, and the office building is quite interesting with circular work stations kind of like a sea shell. Their equipment is modern with digital data management and the staff appears to be very professional and happy to work there. Dr. Reed is very enthusiastic about the fundamentals of modern dentistry. He gave me a 10 minute lecture on how your teeth work with your body and the importance of thier proper maintenance. When I left, I had a written proposal for some additional work I need done with a structured path to its completion. So far, I've had a very good experience and one that I'd recommend to others.

I broke one of my front teeth at about 8:30 am and immediately called to see if I could get an appointment. They said they had one at 2 pm, but quickly called back to let me know about another opening. I took the earlier time and jumped in my car to get there. After I got there Dr Reed assessed my problem and told me the best solution was to put in a crown. I agreed. The total time in the office was one hour and 30 minutes. I walked out with a new crown. The whole process was literally painless on all levels. I found Dr Reed about 2 years ago when my other dentist stopped taking my insurance. It is always tense finding a new dentist, but finding Dr Reed was was lucky. I think he is the best dentist I have ever had.

My daughter and I had a great experience at Arlington Dental. From the moment we walked in until we walked out, the entire staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The customer service was excellent across the board. The dental cleaning was very thorough, and I really appreciated the use of a camera to show areas of the teeth that are usually hard to see, it made the process educational and transparent. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel informed and confident in our care. Checkout was just as smooth. The treatment plan was reviewed in detail, along with different options, so we understood next steps without feeling rushed or pressured. Overall, Arlington Dental delivered a top-tier experience. Highly recommend for both adults and teen.

Had a wonderful experience at my 1st appointment! Very kind, courteous, informative, thorough, and professional! And I hate the dentist! Highly recommend this dental office!
