I had an absolutely amazing experience at TEND! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring, which made a huge difference for me. What really stood out was how detailed and thorough they were when explaining my treatment plan. They took the time to walk me through every step, answer all my questions, and make sure I fully understood my options. I never felt rushed or confused—just supported and well taken care of. On top of that, their professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. It’s clear they truly care about their patients and the quality of their work. I had a deep cleaning a few days ago everyone there is just so nice and respectful. I enjoyed my hygienist. She was very gentle. She explained what is going on before she do it beautiful personality. I have never had any problems with anyone there. You would truly enjoy this Dental’s clinic.

The dentist has always been something I ususally avoid, but I'm happy to say that I feel safe under Tend's care! I love how they let you choose what to watch while working on your teeth, too, which is a nice touch. Incredibly kind and caring people, and I was really pleased with the calm and clean environment as well.

I’ve been a patient at Tend Dental for over two years, and I consistently have excellent experiences with their team. The quality of care is impeccable, and everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Today I went in for a second opinion on my retainers, and the dentist recommended that I keep the ones I already have. I was genuinely impressed by the honesty—he easily could have recommended (and charged for) a service I didn’t need, but instead gave me straightforward, ethical advice. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines great work with transparency and integrity. I trust Tend completely and highly recommend them.

I am so disappointed in the way this practice has changed over the past six months. They are completely reliant on AI to determine if you need fillings. My dentist, who I previously liked a lot, did not even look at my xrays before telling me I had multiple cavities I needed to be scheduled for....based on what? Their AI system they use. I came to tend to seek medical advice from a physician, not a computer. Additionally, my cleaning wasn't longer than five minutes. They scraped my teeth and sent me on my way. They are much more focused on efficiency over patient care and experience. I will not be returning.
