Mark Williams a month agoKiersten helps me a lot. Sheis nice and kind and never judges anyone. She understands people's needs really good. Easy to talk to too. The dental office is clean and modern. Front desk is nice and doctors are nice. Good staff with appointments always available. Great place for dental work if you need it
Janene G 2 months agoThis place is great but Gabby was absolutely wonderful! She is so nice, helpful, sweet and great at her job. Gabby made sure to explain everything they were doing and the work that they would be doing at upcoming appointments. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and answer all of my questions and address concerns I had.
Josh Lane 3 weeks agoI will be doing my follow up appointments elsewhere. I confirmed my appointment yesterday, showed up and the appointment had been cancelled in their system. They said they could still see me. I waited an hour and a half for my appointment. The woman doing the X-rays kept missing and redoing them over and over, to the point that I had to stop her. They tried to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary treatments. Then the dentist himself did my cleaning. He was rushing like crazy and missed half of my mouth with the polishing and flouride. Not worth your money or your time! Also when I scheduled the appointment, their system charged my card the copay amount 4 times and they had to refund me. That should've been my sign to go somewhere else. But you live and learn.
L N 5 months agoToday was my first visit. My appointment was at 11:30 I was called to the back for X-Rays around 12:09. After the X-rays I was lead to a room where I was sat down and explained to that I will get some fillings done and cleaning and referral would be made to endodontics. Sat in the room prepped until 1:03pm where they came in to numb me. I have exact time stamps because my husband was waiting for me in the car and I was giving him updates. Before I was numbed I asked the male dentist a question about my back tooth I don’t know if he got distracted or anything but he didn’t answer me. And proceeded to numb me up and left again. It was very cold in the back and no one checked in or came back until 1:48pm where a lady came in slightly frazzled. She got started and seemed very frustrated throughout the process and with the other attendants asking about her timing. She wound up apologizing for the time she took, but I was more so confused on why she did the fillings alone. Especially if they were busy. By the end of it I had to wipe water from all over my face and the top of my shirt was drenched. No referral, no treatment plan, No Cleaning. However, the receptionist did state she would email.I feel like they were busy and stressed, but nobody wins in these situations especially the patients. This was my first time doing anything in terms of caring for myself since the passing of my son and this visit ran my anxiety very high. Visit started great and ended being burnt out and anxious. Visit ended at 3:21. 3 stars because I’m always willing to give the benefit of the doubt and while there’s room for improvement they weren’t horrible.
Alan Smith a month agoThis place charged me $1400 for a bone graft that my insurance said was not medically necessary. The receptionist refused to send the proper documentation to my insurance and so they won’t cover it. They scammed me. They even tried to take another one of my wisdom teeth out and charge me for another bone graft, so I walked out. Do not use this dentist, they’ll charge you for things that are optional and not medically necessary, they won’t tell you, and they’ll take your money anyway.
