I had an appointment here today and it was absolutely lovely. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I especially had a good experience with my hygienist (I believe her name was Mary?). She was more than happy to answer all of my questions and helped correct my brushing/flossing technique in a non-judgmental manner. I've had poor experiences with previous dentists so this was a welcome change!

Professional, friendly and accurate service. Going through the implant process and extraction looked daunting but the staff made me feel comfortable and I trusted them fully. The extraction went really well and the implant in a very speedy and accurate way. I can’t thank them enough for easing my mind and for giving me this type of service. The payment plan was also explained and having options for payment really helped me. Thanks again to a wonderful staff and service.

Dr. Diaz and the dental hygienist, Abby, were amazing. They make a wonderful team. They were both extremely friendly and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain throughout the visit. I felt genuinely taken care of the entire time. I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. This office is top tier, and I would recommend it to anyone!!

I had a disappointing experience at this office. While the staff was courteous, I felt uncomfortable with the way my diagnosis was discussed by Dr. Diaz. After receiving the diagnosis, I felt that the bedside manner lacked empathy and reassurance. The conversation came across to me as judgmental, which left me feeling embarrassed and unsupported during a vulnerable moment. I understand that difficult diagnoses sometimes need to be discussed, but I believe patients should feel respected, heard, and cared for throughout that process. Unfortunately, I did not leave feeling that way after my visit. Because of this experience, I have decided not to pursue further care with this office. I hope this feedback encourages a more compassionate and patient-centered approach to communication in the future.

Philadelphia Dental has a wonderful facility and awesome staff. Very knowledgeable, clean and positive environment. Dr Diaz is a well rounded professional. Mary the hygienist did an amazing job on cleaning, answered questions needed and help guide you through how to properly take care of your oral hygiene health.
