Center City Dental provides exceptional dental care! The office staff are always welcoming and professional. Dr. Song and her team are the absolute best! Over the past several months, I’ve had extensive cosmetic work done. It has been an amazing experience. Dr. Song explained every detail of my treatment plan clearly and made the whole process comfortable. I love my smile again! It’s so nice to have a dentist who combines skill with kindness and humor. Highly recommend!

I received a night guard as strongly urged by Dr Song. After wearing it a couple weeks, I found that my bite felt severely misaligned. Upon going back in to see her for an evaluation/adjustment, I was told it was impossible for that to happen, that it was "all in my head". My complaints were basically shut down/ignored. During that visit, Dr Song filed down one of my teeth. Weeks later, the top of that tooth broke off. When I came in to see her for repair, at first she claimed that wasn't the tooth she "polished". I knew for a fact it was. She offered to let me read her notes in the computer. I didn't need to. It's my mouth and I was certain which one it was. Upon further looking in my mouth, Dr Song then realized she made a mistake and admitted it was in fact the tooth she had filed down, but told me it was a coincidence because of my deep bite. Anyone reading this will not believe that. If my teeth were weakened due to a deep bite, Dr Song further weakened it by filing it down, which absolutely led to it breaking off. She did not offer a solution, took zero accountability, and patronized me at every turn. Anyone who specializes in any part of a person's health has no business being condescending. It's called bedside manner. Their job is to care for a patient and see that issues are resolved in a way that makes a patient feel that their health is prioritized not ignored. Dr Song did not listen to my complaints or address them. Furthermore, she does not take accurate notes. I encourage anyone reading this to find themselves a dentist elsewhere.

I recently switched to this dental practice and couldn’t be happier with my experience. They’ve been incredibly accommodating with my work schedule and took the time to help me map out clear goals for improving my smile. I recently had ICON treatment done, and it has made a huge difference! Dr. Song and her assistant Jont’a have been professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff has been just as welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Dr. Mehta did a fantastic job on my crowns. I have been in desperate need for years. The crowns were affordable and look natural and amazing. Staff here are professional and make sure you feel comfortable and happy with their work.
