Everyone at My Dentist Midtown always makes me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walk through the door. The doctors, dental assistants, and front desk team consistently go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and customer service. They are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. I always leave feeling well taken care of and confident in the treatment I receive. I highly recommend My Dentist Midtown to anyone looking for a dental office that truly puts patients first!

My review is from 2023 I forgot to leave it, but I was reminded they said because I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned since 2019 they had to deep clean and I had all kinds of cavities they said it was going to be 10k so I waited until I got insurance no cavities and my cleaning the insurance paid for was under 300$ USD idk if that doctor is still their but I was pissed before I even knew they were wrong!! WTH 🤦🏼‍♀️ they were definitely trying to scam me be careful over what they are charging!!

I’m impressed with the amount of respect, care and support especially for knowledgeable staff and professional staff who have the customer experience to be confident and comfortable with their concerns, empathy and mistakes other dental practices have deliberately failed to prevent or correct their mistakes and loss of my smile and dedicated care in dental health became my burden over a year including 3 locations to end with my I recognizable face and embarrassed from unresolved, incomplete dental treatment plan due miscommunication, double invoices for dual procedures, same dates with the one and only set of teeth prior to damage, teeth removal with the past year with exposure of tooth and without any crown to date. My insurance has never been you ny the front desk after repeatedly telling or offering my card, but only loss of dental allowance last year and end of this year equal to 1 grand for my use, only for my nightmare to increase to anxiety and never exited for my dental heath to be treated with the only thing that was high priority for “Here’s your treatment plan with The amount due and monthly installments for location or new treatment plan along each visit to the total cost which increases after the initial visit. I will not recommend or encourage anyone to visit the previous denol practice whom will remain nameless. My Dentist should have been my first choice for my care, my journey to continue with “return of smile and try keeping updates posted. You My Dentist!
