The front desk staff are always kind, friendly, and very helpful. My hygienist does a wonderful job—gentle, informative, and thorough during cleanings. Dr. Gregg Smith is also great. He’s kind, straightforward, and clearly focused on preventative care without pushing unnecessary treatments. Overall, it’s a very professional and welcoming office, and I always have a positive experience.

I was very happy with my first visit to Dr Smith’s office. The Dental Hygienist, Leslie, did a great job and was very friendly. Dr Smith provided a thorough examination and I left feeling confident in his my dental plan.

I have been with this dentist for quite some time. My family has been with this dentist from when his father was running it. In the last year it has gone way downhill. I got called, harassed and threatened about a bill that I do not believe I am responsible for. I stated that I was told to speak with the Dr. Smith himself at my next appointment when I called up there previously about said bill. What had happened was they called me to reschedule an appointment for the dentist being out about a year ago and rescheduled my appointment for three weeks earlier than the original appointment. Apparently, they did not check to make sure it was within my yearly allowance for cleanings. This resulted in insurance not covering the cleaning. I received a notice in the mail and called and this is where I was told to speak with the dentist at my next cleaning. I had a cleaning coming up in a few weeks and was ready to speak with the dentist about this. I got a call yesterday from Leslie, she was rude from the get go saying we have sent you numerous notices are you going to pay it? I explained I already spoke with someone up there and will have a discussion with the dentist at my next appointment. She then asked if he denies taking care of it am I ready to pay it now. I said no, it was not my mishap, it was on the scheduling person. She said it is your responsibility to know your insurance policy and what is covers and that they are doing us patients a courtesy to even file insurance on our behalf. I asked her if she was truly asking me to go to school, learn insurance billing and coding, the ins and out of dentistry and do her job? She told me if I was unwilling to pay right then, she was cancelling my appointment coming up and I was not allowed to make another appointment until I pay it. I told her I will gladly find another dentist. My mom, sisters, father, nanny, and a couple friends go to Dr. Smith, but they know about this now and we will all be finding somewhere else to go where we are not harassed and threatened over a mistake made by scheduling to begin with. Super unprofessional behavior.

This was my initial visit. Dr. Smith and staff members Tiffany and Leslie were thorough and professional. Kevin was very helpful in setting up my first appointment.
