I am one of those people who has always been afraid of going to the dentist because I have very sensitive teeth. I’ve struggled with dental issues since I was young, so for me, dental appointments have usually meant discomfort and pain. I recently had the opportunity to have my teeth cleaned by Lindsey at Downtown Dental, and it was one of the best, if not the best dental cleaning experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, Lindsey was professional and patient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I was honestly a little nervous when the cleaning started, but I was amazed that I felt absolutely no sensitivity, no pain, and not even any discomfort. That has never happened to me before. Beyond her professional skills, Lindsey is truly a beautiful soul. Within minutes of talking to her, I realized I connected with her in so many ways. She has such a warm and genuine personality, and you can tell that she truly cares about her patients. She pays attention to how you feel and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I left feeling grateful, cared for, and genuinely happy that I met her. Professionally, she is outstanding, and as a person, she is just as wonderful. I recommend Lindsay 100% and cannot thank her enough for such an amazing experience.

Dr. Sigler and his staff are hands down the best dental office I’ve been to! They are extremely caring & understanding of individuals with complex health conditions. They remember details about your life & make you feel welcome. My teeth cleanings never hurt which is extremely rare!

Since joining the downtown dental family as one of their customers, I can say it has truly been such a pleasure working with everyone and receiving such wonderful care and consideration for my dental health and long term goals! I already encouraged those in the area to pay a visit for their generous hospitality and exams/treatments!! This has been my best experience at the dentist office in an extremely long time. I personally have a really bad fear of dentist and they made it so easy, they made me feel super comfortable. The Dr especially that worked on my teeth did a phenomenal job! I felt little to no pain and he kept me calm during the whole procedure and process! And I would just like to express my gratitude Thank you, DownTownDental, for turning around my experience and helping me throughout this process and journey to healthy teeth!😁

Hands down one of the best Healthcare experiences I've had in my life. It's not very often you can say that a place exceeds your expectations on every level. Downtown Dental did that. They were professional and highly competent, but also very caring and trustworthy. I felt safe in their hands and that's everything.
