My first visit here was amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I really appreciate how the team takes the time to educate me on things I never knew before, it makes such a difference. They have a great dentist, doctor, and even a helpful financial advisor. I’m really looking forward to becoming a regular patient here!

The staff is phenomenal! I got lost and the receptionist was on the phone with me for 20 minutes helping me find my way to the building. They made sure my experience was exceptional from start to finish by providing a tour and a gift bag. Everyone was so sweet and made sure I felt comfortable. I’m glad to have finally found a home dentist in Columbus!

I can’t say enough good things about Capstone Dental downtown. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. The office is clean, modern, and calming—exactly what you want in a dental space. My dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed or judged. They truly care about both your dental health and your comfort, which makes such a difference. The hygienists and staff are equally amazing—professional, friendly, and attentive. It’s clear this practice values patient experience just as much as excellent clinical care. If you’re looking for a dentist downtown who is skilled, compassionate, and trustworthy, Capstone Dental is absolutely the place to go. I actually look forward to my appointments now—which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!

First visit today & great experience! Candace & Dr. Barron were amazing & the front desk girls are the sweetest & so helpful. I struggled to find a dentist in the area that took my insurance & this was one of the only options. Downside is having to pay for parking in the garage, but it's $5 so I really can live with it.

I visited for the first time today, and I was so impressed with the care and attention from Dr. Barron and the entire staff at Captstone Dental! They took the time to get to know me, understand my specific concerns, and provide education every step of the way. From the warm welcome to the compassionate care, it was a wondeful experience!
