I had a dental cleaning schedule for this afternoon. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to find the doors to the office locked. There was no one at the front desk and no one answered when I called. I understand that we are experiencing a winter storm. However, I received two texts from Arch City Dental in the last 24 hours as well as an email CONFIRMING my appointment. I received absolutely no notice of office closure personally and there is no notice on their website or answering machine. I find this extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time and safety. I had not left my home in 3 days, except to walk my dog, and only left home today for this appointment. I have only been a patient at this practice for about a year and was never overly impressed with this practice. My experience today was unacceptable and I will not be returning. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I couldn’t express how great my appointment went today, from start to finish. Kendra made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Kerry made sure my teeth were superduper clean. And Dr. Aladot, you can tell how passionate he is about dentistry. 10 out of 10 would recommend. thank you so much for your wonderful service!!!

Kaylynn was excellent and made me feel very comfortable!! i appreciate the time and patience she had with me. She made me feel like she really cared! Such a wonderful woman I appreciate Kaylynn and Dr Roach so much during my visit! I highly recommend.

It’s weird to say “enjoy” when referring to a dentist visit but I never dread coming to Arch City Dental! From the front desk to the hygienists and nurses to the dentist, all are so friendly and personable and make the process so easy and comfortable. As someone who does not like the dentist, i will say that one employee made my appointment and experience FUN even, Brock was such a delight and a light! He provided great advice in a relatable and funny manner and i enjoyed our conversation, even while getting dental work. Definitely one of my favorite experiences at the doctor in general! A great locations great staff - definitely recommend to anyone, especially those who may not love the dentist visits, like me!

I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. I want to be clear that I am not a random reviewer leaving a hasty opinion. I hold a PhD and am a respected leader in Ohio’s higher education sector - so I fully understand professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct. I had a very disappointing experience at ArchCity Dental – Grandview in Columbus. I scheduled an appointment for a deep cleaning and drove all the way from Dayton. My appointment was at 12:30 PM, and I arrived on time with recent dental X-rays from another clinic (taken just a couple of weeks ago) specifically to avoid unnecessary repeat radiation exposure. When I arrived, the dental assistant mentioned possibly needing new X-rays. I explained that I had just had them done and provided both physical and digital copies. Dr. Will Leffler reviewed the images and confirmed they were clear and sufficient to proceed. I was told we could move forward, and I even emailed the X-rays to the clinic as requested. Shortly after, without any warning, Dr. Leffler asked me to follow him—only to tell me they were no longer willing to treat me. When I asked why, he claimed I had refused to allow the assistant to take photos of my teeth, which is simply not true. I had only declined repeating X-rays due to the recent ones I brought, and I clearly stated I was open to any necessary photos. Despite trying to clarify, I was asked to leave in a loud and disrespectful manner. What I experienced at ArchCity Dental – Grandview goes far beyond poor customer service. Dr. Will Leffler demonstrated a lack of the ethical responsibility that even the average dentist should possess. The dental profession is built upon five foundational principles - patient autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice, and veracity - all of which prioritize patient welfare, safety, and honest communication. Dr. Leffler violated nearly every one of these principles in a single, short encounter. This was one of the most unprofessional and upsetting healthcare experiences I’ve had. I made a significant effort to attend this appointment, communicated clearly, and was treated unfairly based on incorrect information. I hope the clinic takes situations like this seriously, especially when temporary or visiting staff are involved. Patients deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism.
