Myself, my husband and son have all been Dr. Gum's patients for the past 3 years. We believe her to be a skilled and caring Dental Professional. Son has needed only cleanings and basic check ups, both husband and I have needed more work done - root canals, crowns, night guards, etc. The work is done with care, precision and safety. I've never felt pressured to have additional procedures or add ons. We have been treated by office staff of various ages, races, nationalities and genders - all skilled and professional. The office has been accommodating to our scheduling and has been helpful with insurance questions. We have been very pleased with our care. Thank you Dr. Gum!

I have been a patient here since they opened in 2010. I get my cleanings done twice a year, and have had some minor work done on occasion when it’s needed. I have experienced nothing but the most professional care here. I am always seen promptly and the hygienists are always very friendly, gentle, and thorough. Dr. Gum is always very pleasant and does great work whenever I need it done. I anticipate that I will continue to be a patient here for as long as I work downtown. Keep up the great work, Dr. Gum and team!

Great visit! Dr. Gumm does a great job hiring staff who are friendly and a nice extension of her compassion and care. Big fan of Katie who did a nice job today especially since she uses the numbing gel on my lower teeth making the cleaning much more tolerable!

I had a dental emergency late on a Friday night. I used the text feature and received a text by 7am the next morning working through an immediate resolution. Dr. Gum and her team came in on Saturday to provide emergency surgery. I had been through a traumatic accident and they took every effort to make me better through quick, thorough action. Their attention to physical health but also restoring my appearance was indescribable. They also talked me through every detail of the procedure and really calmed my anxiety through the whole process. I couldn’t have asked for a better team in a time of great need. I will be a dedicated patient for years to come.

I had a disappointing experience at this dental office. I was told I had more than 6 cavities, which felt off to me, but I regrettably didn't get a second opinion and went ahead with the fillings. During the procedure, my lip got injured and was bleeding from one of their instruments, though I didn't make a big deal of it at the time. However, the worst part came later when Dr. chipped another tooth, which wasn’t even being treated! When I mentioned this at my next appointment, she tried to gaslight me into thinking it was a cavity she did. No accountability for her mistake, and years later, I'm still dealing with a chipped tooth. Not a place I’d recommend
