It took a minute but I had to come back and update my review with the biggest thanks to and appreciation for Tinka, at the front desk, Jakita, my dental assistant and Brianna for being there for my inevitable return to Night and Day Dental(I need those nights)! They were so kind, understanding and most important, helpful!! Those ladies and Dr Shin made my feel betters feel better😊 Went in with a toothache which turned out to be related to my gums not my teeth. Went back for a comprehensive exam got great care and was given a plan that included deep cleaning and regular 3 month follow ups. Had to wait about a month for the deep cleaning appt. Developed an abscess the day of the appt so I went in for evaluation and to get antibiotics. Saw Dr Zhang who was in the room less than 5 minutes, never spoke one word to me, and told the dental assistant to have me schedule for extraction of 2 teeth. He left so fast I didn’t even realize he was finished. I sat there stunned when I realized that he was gone and not coming back. The dental assistant explain things to me as best as she could. Dr Zhang went from deep cleaning to pulling teeth without uttering a single word to me to know if I agreed with or even understood what his plan was. I still have no idea if I need a deep cleaning or if I need teeth pulled. Dr. Zhang was unavailable to speak to me. Dr. Zhang was terrible. The rest of the Dr’s and office staff were very helpful informative and friendly.

I have high anxiety and when I tell you they did an excellent job on keeping me calm and being well prepared for me they did thier thing. I can't say enough about my dentist Ms. Kitchen. She was skilled and it showed. Very pleasant and understanding my needs. She's professional and a beautiful Ora. Bed side manner is definitely something she is skilled in. The procedure was fast and painless. I will definitely ask for her if I ever have to go back.

First time at this location and it was a great experience. Was not waiting very long at all. Very thorough exam by Dr. Shin and he was NOT pushing unnecessary procedures at me. Jonathan the assistant was AMAZING..... Walked me through the treatment plan and explained everything. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointing experience. As a new patient who recently moved to North Carolina, I specifically called ahead because I wanted to confirm my insurance coverage before my appointment. The staff told me they would contact my insurance company and follow up with me before my visit. I sent my insurance card and completed all requested paperwork that morning. However, I never received any update or phone call. When I arrived for my appointment, no one informed me that my insurance had not yet been verified. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, I was finally told they could not reach my insurance company. The issue is not my insurance. The issue is that the office had hours to handle this and failed to communicate with me as promised. The front desk was disorganized and unprofessional, and my time was completely wasted.

The Beautiful Ladies that work up at the front are such a pleasure. They make you feel good coming to the dentist. I would give more stars if I could. It’s been such a pleasant experience here. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND NIGHT & DAY DENTAL!! My family & I drive about an hour just to come.
